Amazing staff, facilities and recommendations
Pros:

The stay was beautiful. The location is a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of old town. The peace and quiet was very relaxing. The staff here was absolutely amazing, namely Helen, Kimmi, and Spring. They were all so helpful with our time in Hoi An. They gave incredible recommendations for food, activities, and other local experiences.

Cons:

The property itself was perfect for us. I can not think of anything we did not like

Perfect hosts at Hoianese Hotel
Pros:

My husband and I we had an amazing time in Hoi An for the first time. Honestly I would definitely stay longer then 2 nights, but we booked our trip before we knew how beautiful this city is. Especially I want to mention professional and helpful support of Helen, Spring, Kimmi and Emma. We got trustful information about the city and surroundings, so we could book a Bambus Circus, which we never know would exist. This girls are making this hotel to a very special place by being natural, careful and very polite hosts. I'll highly recommend Hoianese as a brand for my friends. It's THE Hotel to fall in love with Hoi An. We used the map, which we got from Helen and visited almost all food stops, it's something special about the local food there.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

We had a great time at the property thanks to Kimmi, Spring and Emma who made our stay at the hotel a very comfortable, pleasant and enjoyable one. They made us feel right at home.

The hotel is very clean. Just as in the pictures shown. Excellente breakfast too! Walking distance from the old quarter, and great location as it’s quiet. Definitely recommend!

Es war das beste Hotel, dass ich bisher in Vietnam hatte. Unglaublich freundliche und engagierte Mitarbeiter, die einem jeden Wunsch erfüllen und bei der Buchung von Ausflügen, Touren, Flughafentransfer und Nachtbus unterstützen.

Hôtel un peu prétentieux et trop cher pour la prestation qui reste minimale
Pros:

Grande chambre. Bonne literie. Relativement calme. Quartier sympa et tout a proximité.

Cons:

Baignoire peu pratique. Accès avec une marche haute. Peut être dangereux. Balcon minuscule.
Pas de témédiocre.
Formule petit déjeuner mal équilibrée
Staff sympathique mais tres mercantile.
Rapport qualité prix mediocre.

Excellent stay and I am coming back there - next time longer
Pros:

The rooms were beautiful and have almost a Feng Shui feeling to them - everything is perfectly placed. I had a great night and wonderful stay. If you are there make definitely the town tour which starts at around 9:00 nearby. This tour was the best way to find out about the culture and history of the town and shows you also great food places. Its done by a woman who grew up there. Everybody was helpful and very service oriented - Helen helped me a lot there when arriving.

Cons:

The only thing was that sometimes when you were served at the reception and some other guest came and needed something they were not queued but instead I had to wait - specifically in the morning when checking out this was stressful because I had some time pressure.

Excellent and very warm, helpful staff.
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived until check-out. The staff were very welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They even have hotel transfort with good rates! And even recommends places to see and dine.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay very relaxing. The surrounding area is quiet. The bathroom was super nice with a cute bathtub.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting, and everything was well organized.
What truly stood out was the level of hospitality. The team went above and beyond to make sure guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. Shout out to Ms. Emma, Ms Spring and Mr. Tin! Thank you also for the cute gifts!
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for superb service and a pleasant stay. I would definitely come back again!

A very cozy hotel in a good area. Kimmy, Spring, Helen and Emma made us feel at home. Just needs a few improvements and

A ver quaint boutique hotel, fabulous staff who were so attentive at all times.Special thanks to Helen, Kimmy, Spring & Emma they were so helpful, kind and friendly.
The hotel is very close to the old town and also has lots of little local restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The shower set up was not good for us. A half size bath with shower attachment so impossible to have a stand up shower without flooding the bathroom. Definitely not suitable if you have any issues with your back or knees.
The breakfast was also very limited and the only things we enjoyed were the fresh fruit and pancakes.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff (Kimmi, Spring, Helen) were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind, which made the whole experience feel very welcoming.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great selection, and it was a perfect way to start the day. The rooms were beautiful, very clean, and spacious, making the stay even more comfortable.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
