Hoianese Quiet Old Town Hotel - Cultural Experiential Hotel

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in ruhiger Lage und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer waren stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Das gesamte Team – besonders Spring, Helen, Lili und Anna – war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Unsere Wünsche wurden jederzeit erfüllt, und wir fühlten uns rundum bestens betreut.

Besonders empfehlenswert sind der History Talk, die Free Walking Tour und als Highlight die Radtour durch die Reisfelder mit Bao. Er vermittelte die Geschichte sehr interessant und lebendig. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Frühstück war wunderbar und sehr lecker. Alle in der Unterkunft waren sehr freundlich, so auch Helen, Spring und Lily. Viele nützliche Tipps wurden gegeben und auch die Free Walking Tour, welche von der Unterkunft angeboten wurde, war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wie bereits erwähnt war das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und sehr herzlich. Beste Unterkunft in Vietnam, welche ich gebucht hatte. Fussläufig zur Stadt und das Frühstück konnte auch noch vor Ort gebucht werden. Wäscheservice auch einwandfrei. Lange musste ich überlegen, was verbesserungsbedürftig ist, es fällt einem schwer es zu finden.

From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcome and cared for. The room was lovely and comfortable, but what truly made my stay unforgettable were the amazing people working here. A very special thank you to Spring, Lily, Helen, Kimmi and Anna. You were all incredibly kind, warm and helpful, and you always greeted me with a smile.

As a solo traveller, it meant so much to stay somewhere where I felt completely safe, comfortable and at home. You didn’t just provide excellent service — you made my time in Hoi An extra special. I will leave with beautiful memories and will genuinely miss you all.

I would definitely love to come back one day, and I’m already looking forward to seeing you all again!

Staff (Spring, Lily, Kimmi, Helen) where the friendliest human beings I've met in a long time.
They were extremely attentive and eager to anticipate their guests' needs, always ready to assist whenever help was needed.

The staff are the most interesting and impressive part of my stay. Room is great and the bed is so comfy.

Le personnel à été hyper bienveillant et à l'écoute. Lily m'a fait un itinéraire de voyage dans la ville + locations de vélos.

We were suppose to stay only 2 days but extended our stay for 3 more days. Rooms were cleaned and staff cleaned them every day during our stay. There’s free water stations on each level which is very handy. Staff were extremely helpful and nice. Thank you Helen, Spring, Kimmy and Lily was making our stay special

Struttura fantastica. La posizione è strategica per godersi Hoian, in 5 minuti a piedi si possono raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse. La camera era pulita e con tutti i comfort.
Tengo assolutamente a menzionare la professionalità e la gentilezza di tutte le receptionists Lily, Kimmi, Spring, Gravy ed Helen. Mi hanno accolto calorosamente e addirittura si sono preoccupate di medicare le ferite che ho avuto a seguito di un incidente.
Inoltre mi hanno consigliato i posti migliori per mangiare, i negozi migliori per avere abiti su misura in 24 ore e il posto più autentico per prenotare il giro in barca con le lanterne.
La loro gentilezza ha fatto veramente la differenza per rendere splendida la mia prenotazione, grazie!

The staff very supportive, warm and always smiling for all the questions about everything , give a lot of advices for save time and money, especially Spring, Kimmi, Helen, Lily, Tin and Anna.

Una estància excepcional en aquest hotel. Lilly, Helen, Kimi i Spring unes amfitriones excel·lents! Estaven al cas de tot, ens van donar informació de tot i més, ens van preparar l'esmorzar per emportar els dies que no podíem esmorzar a l'hotel, ens van fer recomancions molt interessants de llocs locals... tot fantàstic! I l'hotel està molt ben situat, just a l'entrada de l'Old Quarter, a tocar de tot el centre caminant. El llit era supercòmode i les bicicletes que lloguen també ens van anar molt i molt bé per voltar. Tot fantàstic! Ens hi tornaríem a allotjar sens cap dubte.

This has genuinely been the best hotel we have ever stayed in. As a couple who have travelled a lot, this was by far one of the best experiences we’ve ever had, and a huge part of that was down to the incredible staff.

From the moment we arrived, everyone was so welcoming. They took the time to talk us through the town and gave us some amazing recommendations. One of the loveliest touches is that the staff remember all of the guests’ names and greet you by name whenever they see you, which makes the whole experience feel so personal. A massive thank you especially to Helen, Spring, Lily and Kimmi , you were all absolutely amazing and made our stay so special!

The hotel itself is beautiful. After travelling for a while, this was easily the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time. The bed is massive and so comfortable, and you get plenty of really soft pillows.

We usually don’t bother with hotel breakfasts, even when they’re included, because we prefer going out and exploring local cafés. However, the breakfast here was honestly better than anything we could have found nearby! There are so many options which are made fresh for you, including traditional Vietnamese dishes, and everything comes with fresh fruit, yoghurt and freshly squeezed juices. You can also have tea and coffee at any time, either in your room or down in reception.

The location is perfect too. You’re less than a five-minute walk from the Old Town, but the hotel itself is still peaceful and quiet, so you get the best of both.

I genuinely cannot recommend this hotel enough. We were so sad to leave, especially because of how wonderful the staff had been throughout our stay. Helen, Spring, Lily and Kimmi, thank you so much for everything we will miss you all!

Whenever we return , there is absolutely no question about where we’ll be staying.
