We have loved our stay at this hotel. The hospitality of the staff - Helen, Spring, Kimmi, Emma, Gavy, and Tin - was amazing and we felt welcome as soon as we arrived.
We were given a very useful map upon arrival and a short chat with Tin about the hotel and the area which was very helpful, no hard sell at all. The staff all greeted us by name and were so friendly whenever we saw them.
The hotel itself is on a quiet street but still only a short walk away from Hoi An old town (about 10 minutes) and plenty of restaurants, cafes and mini marts on the same street. Our room was very quiet and comfortable and we slept well.
Breakfast was 125k per person but felt good value due to the amount and variety of dishes and speedy service. We also booked a couple of excursions through the hotel which were reasonably priced and we really enjoyed.
We were able to check out a little late, leave our luggage for the day, and even have a shower before our onwards journey which was very much appreciated.
We loved our stay here and would absolutely recommend!

The hotel was quiet but in a good location close to the old town. The room was very comfortable and not caramped. Breakfast was excellent and the staff outstanding at taking care of the customers. I worked mostly with Spring who contacted me a couple of days before my booking, but all the staff were most gracious.

The staff Kimmy very friendly, warm welcoming us,serve tea, coffee, give the information about anything, although we cancelling my stay there because I book the room for two people, and I came with my friend met in ho Chi Minh so we're 3 person and the room can't accommodate that, still Kimmy serve us very well

Our stay at Hoianese Old Town Hotel was nothing short of incredible, and what truly made it unforgettable were Emma and Spring. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond in every possible way. They remembered our names right away and made a genuine effort to connect with us throughout our stay, which made everything feel so personal and special.

They were always there to help, whether it was booking transport, giving thoughtful recommendations, or simply asking about our day with real interest. Their knowledge of the area and local culture was amazing, and they shared it in such a warm and engaging way that it made our experience in Hoi An even richer.

Each morning, we were treated to a fantastic breakfast, and their kindness and attention to detail never went unnoticed. You can truly tell they care deeply about their guests and take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere.

One of the most touching moments was receiving a beautiful clay zodiac keepsake, a memory we’ll treasure forever. It perfectly captured how thoughtful and unique our stay was.

A huge thank you to Emma, Spring, and all the staff for making us feel so at home. We will absolutely be back!

The hotel was beautiful, so well situated and the staff made everything so easy and genuinely truly relaxing. Helen, Spring, Kimmi, Emma and Gavy were all exceptional, and made me feel so welcome with all their tips on what to do in Hoi An. I will definitely be coming back!

The pillows in the room were some of the best I've had on the trip, so comfortable, easy to fall asleep.

The staff were some of the most helpful people we have come across in our 4 weeks in Vietnam! They were simply amazing! The rooms were clean and spacious with great aircon

Very nice set up and facilities. Beautiful décoration and furniture. The ladies at the reception (Emma, Kimmi, Helen, and others) were very helpful and take 20mn when you arrive to orient you in the city.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel 2 nuits et je dois avouer qu'après 10 hôtels successifs durant mon voyage au Vietnam, celui-là est mon coup de coeur. Le personnel à l'accueil est absolument adorable, disponible et charmant. Bien placé, propre, bon marché . Vraiment, je conseille définitivement cet hôtel !

Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind äußerst freundlich, geben gute Tipps und eine ausführliche Einführung zur Stadt. Alle Fragen und Wünsche wurden überfüllt ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Es stand auch unbegrenzt Trinkwasser zur Verfügung. Wir können das Hotel und die angebotene Stadtführung sehr empfehlen.

Πάρα πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο της πόλης. Όλο το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Το πρωινό είναι πλούσιο.
