Important information:

For stays longer than 6 days, a free deep cleaning service is included.
Additional cleaning services are available upon request and for an additional fee.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
The celebration of bachelor parties or similar parties is not permitted.
Noise is not allowed from 23:00:00 to 08:00:00.
Upon arrival, a deposit of €100 will be requested. It will be done with a credit card. It will be returned to you 7 days after check-out.
The deposit will be fully refunded by credit card once the accommodations has been reviewed.

Es war sauber, die Lage war in gut - U-Bahn Station gleich direkt vor der Nase

Cons:

Der Zugangscode wurde uns erst beim Check-in mitgeteilt und nicht im Vorfeld, was die Anreise unnötig erschwert hat. Zudem konnten wir um 15:00 Uhr nicht wie vereinbart einchecken, da das Apartment zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht gereinigt war – ein aus unserer Sicht inakzeptabler Zustand.

Als Entschädigung wurde uns ein späterer Check-out (eine Stunde länger) angeboten, den wir jedoch nicht nutzen konnten, da wir bereits früh abreisen mussten.

Darüber hinaus war das Apartment nur für vier Personen ausgestattet, obwohl wir mit fünf Personen angereist sind. So fehlten beispielsweise eine vollständige Bettdecke und ein Kissen für die fünfte Person. Nach mehrfacher Nachfrage wurde dies zwar nachgereicht, jedoch ohne passenden Bettbezug.

Die Erreichbarkeit war ebenfalls problematisch: Telefonisch war niemand verfügbar, eine Kommunikation war ausschließlich schriftlich über WhatsApp möglich.

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko sklepy, bar, metro.

Cons:

Było brudno, na podłodze było pełno kurzu, stoliki nie były przetarte, jakby mieszkanie z miesiąc stało puste. Było z nami dziecko półtoraroczne, które chodząc po podłodze zbierało cały kurz. Żelazko nie działało, nie było ostrych noży, więc nie było czym kroić bagietek czy jakiegoś mięsa itp. Nie było również piekarnika.
