De ligging was perfect

Cons:

Bij het boeken staat vermeld dat er airco is op de kamer maar bij aankomst hangt er een airco maar is de afstandsbediening weggenomen. Het was dat weekend meer dan 30°C en dan zonder airco. Ze hadden in de plaats een matige ventilator op de kamer gezet.
Ik heb meer dan 300€ betaald voor een overnachting en dan in zo een hitte geen airco terwijl dit wel stond aangegeven.

Good for a short stay

We booked this room to stay after a concert evening. Room was fine and quite big.

Fijne plek om even goed te slapen na een concert.
Pros:

Het ligt meteen naast Arnhem Centraal, boven het krab restaurant. De ontvangst is vriendelijk en onze kamer keek uit over de stad. Fijne bedden en prima douche

Cons:

Het pand is duidelijk aan renovatie toe en de kamers ook. Veel vlekken overal en afbladderende verf. Hier en daar hangt wat los Toch heeft dat ook wel wat. Je ruikt het restaurant door het hele hotel. In de kamer trouwens totaal niet.

Pros:

Het hotel ligt naast het centraal station, dus dat is heel praktisch. Het hotel heeft een lift, dus als je slecht ter been bent is dat prettig. Verder waren de bedden schoon en was de gastvrouw vriendelijk.

Cons:

De ingang van het hotel was lastig te vinden, dus we liepen er eerst voorbij. We moesten volgens Google Maps naar binnen bij een restaurant.
Het hotel is flink gedateerd en voor deze prijs niet in verhouding; zo vertoont de verwarming in de badkamer roest, voelde de onderkant van de kraan vies, vallen deurtjes van een kast er bijna uit als je deze open doet, zit er een gat in de gordijnen, hangen de kabels van de televisie provisorisch over de muur en er was een open uitsparing bovenin de muur met hierin elektrische draden die samenkomen.
