Номера в действительности маленькие, но хорошие
Pros:

Небольшой чистый отель, с неплохими завтраками. Да, это не шведский стол, но дают яйца, овощи, домашний пирог, фрукты. Этого хватает чтобы быть сытым.

Cons:

Не понравилось, что номер на booking отмечен как 30 кв.м. Я специально его замерил - ровно - 20. То есть обман на 10 кв.м, а это критично.

Также, очень сильная слышимость в номерах. Если кто-то проснулся раньше чем вы - вы проснётесь с ними :)

Также, вид из окон отсутствует.

Amazing foods and hotel
Pros:

I come here for the food mainly, not hotel. The hotel is a new modern hotel, about a year old, but Niku restaurant has a culinary history of about 50 years, inherited from their grandfather, who used to be the chef when the dictator leadership visited Berat. I visit Berat every year and this place has the best food named vjanez ,you can only find in berat.

Great breakfast - worth the room price.
Pros:

Room was a bit small but the bed was large and comfortable and the terrace was huge. There was plenty of hot water in the shower and the air conditioning worked great. Breakfast was AMAZING! Served to your table there was fruit, cheese, bread, and eggs. One day it was fried eggs then omelette then boiled eggs. The staff was really sweet. They remembered what we wanted to drink, asking if we needed any more towels or the room cleaned and carrying our luggage up and down the stairs.

Fantastisch!
Pros:

Een fijn verblijf met een schone, ruime kamer en vooral hele vriendelijke en fijne eigenaren. Er is een airco aanwezig in de kamer en de douche is heerlijk.
Het ontbijt was heerlijk en uitgebreid! De eigenaren zorgen ervoor dat niets je ontbreekt.
Voor de deur voldoende parkeergelegenheid.
Zeker een aanrader als je in Berat verblijft.

Cons:

We zijn met de auto naar het oude gedeelte van Berat gereden, te voet was voor ons net iets te ver met de klim naar het kasteel!

perfect stay in the outskirts of Berat
Pros:

It was simply perfect. The staff are so kind and go out of their way to make sure you are the most comfortable. You can park your car in front of the accommodation and it is only about 10 minutes drive into the old town. The villa offers you great comfort, lovely breakfasts and overall a perfect stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again!
