Amazing stay, in a clean, inviting property with exceptional restaurant and caring, attentive staff. Highly recommended.
Pros:

We loved everything about this property, such an inviting warm atmosphere. We were travelling by bus and Villa Niku is very close to the terminal. It was incredibly hot so the icey cold water on arrival was hugely appreciated. Our luggage was taken to the room for us, just a lot of small gestures that make you feel cared for. The room we had was lovely, very clean, double glazed. The restaurant downstairs serves delicious homemade food...so nice. We got back after the restaurant had closed and they opened it just for us, super nice family who own this property. We even got given a packed breakfast to take on our journey. All of the family are lovely, helpful people who go that extra mile for guests. No need to think about it...book here!

Cons:

There is absolutely nothing we didn't like about this property. Some may say that it is too far from town, but we wanted to be near the bus station. There is parking for those with a car and also a bus stop outside the property to catch a quick bus to town 😊

Pros:

We loved the stay from start to finish. The service was excellent, and the owner was incredibly kind and friendly. Breakfast was generous, tasty, and served to the table. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the whole experience offered great value for money. We stayed for one night during our road trip and genuinely enjoyed the stay.

Cons:

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like, we loved our stay.

Buena energía, buena habitación, buen desayuno y buen personal
Pros:

La habitación estaba muy bien, muy limpia con un balcón. El desayuno está súper bien y el señor que nos atendió era muy amable y preparan las cosas con cariño. Está a 10min en coche de centro, ideal tener coche para alojarte aquí.

Das Hotel hat sehr modern eingerichtete Zimmer und ist sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und war das beste, welches wir in Albanien hatten! Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und führen das Hotel mit viel Herzblut - Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir würden wiederkommen

Pros:

We had a lovely stay. The host was super welcoming and the place was clean and tidy. The breakfast was filling with different options of food from savory (Burek) to sweet, including fruits. There is a big parking space in front of the villa. And the old town is only 8min away by car.
All in all, we would stay here again if we ever visited Berat in the future.😊

PS: The place has a beautiful garden. (Just for us green spaces lovers) 😅

Authentique et agréable
Pros:

La chambre ete tres agréable et aménagée avec goût. La salle de bain au goût du jour, tres propre et jolie. Notre chambre disposait d’une belle terrasse. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils et attentionné. Le petit déjeuner plus que généreux.
L’emplacement correspondait à nos attentes, un peu excentré du centre ville, pour plus de facilité pour se garer.
Le restaurant de l'hôtel typique et très bon.
