Pros:

The place is well laid out, there is a living room with a sofa and a bedroom with a comfortable bed. There is a limitless supply of hot water, the place is warm and there is an inverter AC available for additional heating. The kitchen has a functioning washing machine. Linen and towels were clean. The young man that was in charge of check in is extremely kind and helped us secure a parking spot for our car and was easily available. The building also has a great market downstairs. There is a weeked market organized in the street on sundays thats quite large and has a great offer.

Cons:

The bathroom was awful. The silicone has not been changed for a while and started moulding and there is a hole next to the toilet in which dirty water flows from the shower cabin bcs of a leak somewhere. One door for the shower is missing. The place was not cleaned prior to arrival, I cleaned it so tgat we could stay. We wanted to change accomodation but ended up staying cause we couldnt be bothered to pack and move in the middle of our holiday and the young man in charge was kind. The location is questionable, we were told later by some locals that its not very safe.
