В комнате был запах сырости и выяснилось, что это проблема кондиционера. Ощущение двоякое потому, что мы жили в этой гостинице за десять дней до этого и номер был прекрасный. Видимо нужно чистить переодически кондиционер от плесени.
They won't let you check in almost till 6pm !!! Plus, they will not help you for anything for your check in. Worst experience ever.
All staff, from management to reception to housekeeping were very hospitable and professional.
I enjoyed everything for my one week stay. The location is ideal. It was also surprising quiet.

I stayed at Radisson RED Phuket Patong Beach from 28–30 January 2025, and unfortunately it turned into a very frustrating experience.
On the night before checkout, the air conditioning in our room stopped working completely and remained non-functional throughout the entire night. This was particularly difficult because I was traveling with my 6-month-old baby, and the heat made it impossible for both of us to sleep.
I called the reception multiple times during the night, and each time I was told the issue would be resolved in “another hour.” After several hours with no improvement, I went to the reception around 3–4 AM, where I was told that air conditioning was not working anywhere in the hotel and nothing could be done.
However, the next morning I was informed that some guests had been moved to rooms where the air conditioning was functioning, which was extremely disappointing given that I had repeatedly requested assistance during the night.
The attitude of the staff during the night was also dismissive and unhelpful, which made the situation even more frustrating considering the circumstances with an infant.
What has been even more disappointing is the handling of the complaint afterwards. I reported the issue to Radisson Hotel Group and was told an investigation would be conducted. However, despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks, I have still not received a final response or resolution.
I understand that technical issues can happen in any hotel, but what matters most is how the situation is handled. Unfortunately, both the overnight support and the follow-up process fell far below what I expected from a Radisson property.
I had hoped to resolve this matter directly with the hotel and the Radisson Hotel Group customer care team, but after several weeks and multiple follow-ups, the issue still remains unresolved. I hope the hotel management reviews this situation and works toward a fair resolution.

Oh we had a very comfortable stay. I would specifically thank the lobby manager RICK for making it so. He went out of the way and arranged whatever we requested with a smile and enthusiastically arranged for us to view the Cricket World Cup final.
Radisson he’s a great asset to your hotel. Just the right kind of a guy for the hospitality industry.
Not only us but would see him attend everyone who approached him.
The breakfast layout was splendid. The rooms were clean and in fact the whole staff was very friendly.

Noise in the room. Pool closed too early. Spa was not working. Very industrial look and feel. Not warm and cozy.
