I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Kudos to the housekeeping staff for their excellent work. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, especially Kyla, Jona, Marianne, Eve, Ten and Kip. Their outstanding service made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Pros:

The property is located very close to Patong Beach. Our suite was very large & comfortable. The TV in the room was really large & offered Youtube. Unfortunately, the TV remote was a tablet and we found it very difficult to use. A normal remote would have been so much more friendly, especially for YouTube.

Cons:

The swimming pool is poor. Very badly located. The breakfast was very average. Poor bread & pastries. Lots of greasy low quality Indian dishes. The house keeping service was poor, too. We stayed 4 nights and they did not clean the rooms once without our repeatedly reminding them

Relaxing, good service, clean, very central location at Patong.
Pros:

One of the best hotels in patong. Very central, 10 Mins walk to Bangla which is good so no noise at night . Everything around, 7/11, coffee club, pharmacy, restaurants, massage shops. This is an idea location to stay in.
