الموقع ممتاز وحجم الغرفة والنظافة والفطور ممتازة وتوجد اصناف حلال كثيرة

لا يوجد شي جوهري سوى ملاحظة المسبح بحاجة الى تعديل وتحديث قليلة مع الامكان المحيطة به اذا تبدوا مهمة وغير مهتم بها بشكل كبير كذلك لم يكن الاستقبال ممتاز اذا لا يوجد من يرحب بنا من باب الدخول واستلام الشنط وحسب ما متوقع من فنادق 5 نجوم اضافة الى انه تم سؤالنا هل نحتاج الى مشروب عصير ضيافه ام لا يفترض ان يقدم مباشرة والزبون هم من يرفض ام لا

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly felt well taken care of from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Marian from the Front Office, who always greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcomed every time we passed by.
We would also like to give a special thanks to Kyla and Jona from the Guest Experience team for being so friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel comfortable and well cared for, and we really appreciated their recommendations on things to do, places to visit, and tours to try. Their helpful suggestions made our stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of choices to start the day. The location is also excellent, conveniently close to shopping malls, the beach, and other places to explore.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you to Marian, Kyla, Jona, and the entire hotel team for making us feel so welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. We truly appreciate your warm hospitality and look forward to coming back again!

My stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and every member of the staff was welcoming and professional. I would especially like to thank JONA, who made my stay truly exceptional.
