Super Hotel sehr nette Damen und Herren an der Reception
Pros:

Super Lage sehr nah am Strand gelegen.
An der Reception Jona war sehr zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit zu jeder Zeit.

Pros:

Att checka ut.
Kyla gjorde allt hon kunde för att hjälpa oss men hotellets skick gjorde det omöjligt att göra oss nöjda.

Cons:

Rummen är ej som på bilderna som många skriver.
Hela hotellet är en sminkad gris där det mesta hänger på trekvart.
Mycket gäster av låg kvalité som kastar ut soppor och tallrikar/matrester i korridoren.
Flera gäster rökte även i polen :-(
Dåligt ljudisolerade rum.
Vi bytte rum flera ggr och blev visade flera rum men allt var katastrof, obehaglig lukt och oljud.
Hotellet är fullt med skabbiga duvor som skiter överallt.

Хорошее расположение - близко к морю и к центральным улицам, рядом 7 11 и множество других магазинов, баров и ресторанов.
Завтрак разнообразный, все было вкусно, кроме круассанов и слоеной выпечки)

Меняют постельное белье только если попросить, базово только заправляют

Very good location and staff were excellent!
Pros:

The breakfast was good, the pool areas were nice, the staff were very helpful and attentive to all feedback. If you value good customer service then stay here, everyone does their job and seem to really care

Cons:

Only 2 of the 4 elevators were working, hallways smelled like strong paint but all our feedback was taken very well and the staff made up for these small issues with excellent service for us.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The service was smooth, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. A special mention goes to Jona, Mayan, and Kyla at the reception—they were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. They made the check-in and overall stay feel effortless and comfortable. Truly appreciated their kindness and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again.

Great hotel (perfect location, service & amenities)
Pros:

We had a great stay at the hotel - the location was perfect and the hotel was one of a kind with a lot pf amenities and full of good vibes. We had excellent service from the staff, particularly from Rick, who helped make our stay a memorable one! The breakfast was also very nice with many options and the room was great as well, quite spacious.
