Pros:

Oummie took very good care of me from the moment I arrived until I checked out. The other hotel staff were also very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel’s location is perfect, and the room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and overall I had a great stay.

Pros:

Decor and vibe of this place is just right for Patong. Classy and approachable. Kyla and the team all around were fantastic and made us all feel welcome even before and after we stayed. Can’t say enough about the customer service here is a outstanding. 👏

This place is set up for a lot of fun and memories, lots of things to find like a pool table and PlayStation room that you can find 🫶

Overall the service was great !
Pros:

The location was very favorable and convenient. The staffs - Eve, Baiting, Kyla, Rick and Oummie were polite, attentive, and always quick in responding to any queries. Special thanks to Oummie for being so attentive to all our needs throughout the stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast spread was great with good variety. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Cons:

One of the staff members at the front desk appeared unfriendly; instead of a welcoming smile, a stern expression was displayed.
