Fraud by Treebo

Cons:

Completely fraud from Treebo. First of all its a Oyo hotel converted to Treebo and still they were allowing couples that also on hourly rate, found very unprofessional. I won't recommend for family. Additionally they have denied the breakfast saying time is over at 10. 00 AM, however they have pasted signboard in the room showing time till 10.30 AM. Very rude unprofessional staff, I was on buisness trip and they denied me GST invoice bill. I won't recommend anyone, it is not safe in the area like airport.

Not worth the price we paid
Pros:

Our late night check-in was quick. Staff was courteous and provided decent service. Breakfast and tea were alright.

Cons:

Random loud noises from the AC and fan kept us awake all night. Saw a few roaches in the room and bathroom. Cleanliness could be improved. Bathroom window had a missing pane. In one of our other room the toilet jet spray was busted.

Cons:

Only reason to choose this property was i was informed that there are 2 separate beds.As i was travelling with my colleague,i prefered separate beds.There was no other reason to travel 7 kms at 4 am to this property.I was informed there that htey dont have separate beds,at 4 am there was little that i can do.We stayed but i am extremely disappointed.Booking was done through you & things were not delivered as promised/shown/agreed.Please see that my booking amount is returned to me

Pros:

Room was spacious with all basic furniture. Bathroom was neat and clean that is very much important. I requested for late checkout as my trail was running late so they provided me late checkout for one hour.
