Pros:

Thanks for the complementary camp fire night for us. Our stay at this hotel was exceptional! From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout by Mr Joy, everything was top-notch. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, offering a variety of choices. The other staffs went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making us feel truly valued. The overall ambiance was relaxing and perfect for a memorable getaway. Cons:

First of all, the images of the rooftop in the profile are fake. The rooftop is not completed. There are no views, except for nearby hotels. Also, there are many insects in the bathroom. You can’t even get warm water. When we asked for warm water, it tasted horrible. This hotel is not in Zuluk; it is in Padmachen, which is 11 km before Zuluk. It’s better to find other places.

Next, the owner of this property is very rude. He asked for the full payment at night, even though we had already paid 25% in advance for the booking. When we refused, he threatened us, saying, "Didn’t you see my name on Truecaller? Pay in the next two minutes, or see what I can do!" His name is Anirban.

For breakfast, they served expired bread and bananas, and that’s it.

It’s better to go offline to Zuluk or Padmachen and find hotels—there are plenty of options.

everything was overpriced and staff behaviour was very bad.I think the Owner/manager has some mental issues as he doesn't know how to talk with people.The bananas and bread provided for breakfast were expiry and if someone could have eaten it would have suffered some health issues.

Cons:

The behaviour and the way they talk is very bad.They literally abuse people if you try to say anything about any problem you are suffering.
Breakfast was included in the price and they gave us banana and bread and bread was expiry and bananas were all infected.
