Stay is very good
Pros:

This location is Nice and feel more comfortable with staff. We got very good coordinator Name Rahul special thanks to him.

Cons:

We recently travelled from Masinagudi to Ooty and faced a major inconvenience due to forest-related road restrictions. The route shown on Google Maps indicated a travel time of around 45 minutes, but private vehicles were not allowed to use that route.

Because of this restriction, we had to take a different route and it took nearly 3 hours to reach Ooty. This caused a significant delay and affected our travel plans.

It would be helpful if guests were informed in advance about such road restrictions and the appropriate alternative route for private vehicles, especially when travelling from Masinagudi to Ooty.

Pros:

Had a great time with family even just for two days and one night![ but feeling like we were there for a week ]
Kids also had great time playing both indoor as well as out door games, we also joined and went back in time and ready enjoyed playing games.
Food was very good and people who took care of us were very polite and we'll mannered.

Lot of places for playing, walking and parking. Close enough to tourist attractions.

Cons:

Approach road is bit narrow.

This is a great home-stay experience for folks who're looking for a quick weekend getaway!
Pros:

Great food! The place is exactly like how it's depicted in the pictures! Food was delicious! Our requests were promptly answered.

Cons:

Loud, noisy crowds. We request the folks managing this place to enforce quiet hours after a certain time in the evening.

Not worth the money, unclean, poor service and old facilities.
Pros:

Nothing really stood out except sounds of birds from the forest National Park surrounds.

Cons:

Rooms were unclean, cockroaches, large bull.ants in the room and beds were so old, hard and pillows like a heavy old sack. Linen didn't feel clean, only a blanket covering. Might be o.k. for India people but not Westerners. Needed to ask for toilet tissue and remake bed with a top sheet. No mattress protector so felt awful. Didn't sleep well at all. Lack of service, noone at office reception and no restaurant on site as stated in facilities. Would not recommend.

While booking I had selected including breakfast but it wasn’t, had to pay extra. There is a bit of difficulty while entering the resort.

Overpriced property with poor stay experience.
Pros:

Property is good

Cons:

Mismanaged property. Staffs were not cooperative.
Overpriced food charges.
Bathrooms were full of cockroaches.
Room charges were more. I get much better property at same charge.
My money got wasted.

wonderful, joyful and awesome
Pros:

the property was a very good one. even though it was not very posh, but was very good for some families to stay for a day or two. i had booked for my family of 3 and we got a decent room, with clean towels and sheets. the food was simply superb, and they made very delicious food. i had ordered some french fries for evening tea, and also dinner and breakfast. everything was prepared deliciously. the location of the property is itself very close to the buffer forest so the ambiance was very good. the property was maintained well and i would suggest people to check in this property.

Cons:

hot water facility should have been better, we had asked for it, but the geyser didnt provide us with hot water, even though they had a solar water heater.
