This is a great home-stay experience for folks who're looking for a quick weekend getaway!
Pros:

Great food! The place is exactly like how it's depicted in the pictures! Food was delicious! Our requests were promptly answered.

Cons:

Loud, noisy crowds. We request the folks managing this place to enforce quiet hours after a certain time in the evening.

Not worth the money, unclean, poor service and old facilities.
Pros:

Nothing really stood out except sounds of birds from the forest National Park surrounds.

Cons:

Rooms were unclean, cockroaches, large bull.ants in the room and beds were so old, hard and pillows like a heavy old sack. Linen didn't feel clean, only a blanket covering. Might be o.k. for India people but not Westerners. Needed to ask for toilet tissue and remake bed with a top sheet. No mattress protector so felt awful. Didn't sleep well at all. Lack of service, noone at office reception and no restaurant on site as stated in facilities. Would not recommend.

Pros:

Staff were good. Clean rooms. Good view from the room.

Cons:

While booking I had selected including breakfast but it wasn’t, had to pay extra. There is a bit of difficulty while entering the resort.

Overpriced property with poor stay experience.
Pros:

Property is good

Cons:

Mismanaged property. Staffs were not cooperative.
Overpriced food charges.
Bathrooms were full of cockroaches.
Room charges were more. I get much better property at same charge.
My money got wasted.

wonderful, joyful and awesome
Pros:

the property was a very good one. even though it was not very posh, but was very good for some families to stay for a day or two. i had booked for my family of 3 and we got a decent room, with clean towels and sheets. the food was simply superb, and they made very delicious food. i had ordered some french fries for evening tea, and also dinner and breakfast. everything was prepared deliciously. the location of the property is itself very close to the buffer forest so the ambiance was very good. the property was maintained well and i would suggest people to check in this property.

Cons:

hot water facility should have been better, we had asked for it, but the geyser didnt provide us with hot water, even though they had a solar water heater.

Pros:

Food was exceptional and very tasty.

Cons:

When they presented me with the final bill with the room rent and food charges. I saw the room rent was inflated than the price I booked for.. On asking, he mentioned the final price includes 12% GST. When I calculated, the inflated amount was higher by nearly 16%. After I pointed out and shown him with calculator, he corrected and reduced the final price. Not sure if that happened by mistake or intentional.
