The Shores Hotel

O serviço de quarto, ficamos por 6 estadias, sendo que por 2 noites fomos para outra localidade, e pedimos na recepção para que fizessem a limpeza do quarto e trocasse as toalhas, no entanto não foi feita e as toalhas fomos buscar na recepção.

Ingen personal på plats. Poolen var inte städad på länge.

Not enough parking spaces.

There is no daily cleaning service which is fine but towels and toilet paper were scarce unless asked for and not always given. Other than that it’s a no frills cute place but don’t expect service to be like in a hotel. I would stay here again but just know what to expect in advance

I understand about checking in and check out policies and the times. I just wish there was somewhere in a store my luggage because when you’re flying in when you land in the morning, you have to wait several hours, but the staff did let me in two hours earlier.

Nice room ,but lacks drawers for unpacking.

Duvet on the bed was wet when I checked in. It took a good 4-6 hours before it dried up. I would have preferred a single king bed room, but they didn’t have any. The reviews were pretty misleading. The property felt more like a 2.5 star motel than the stated 5-star place, even though there was nothing wrong with the place. One of the beds was way too soft, as if someone jumped on the bed a few 1000 times. It would have been nice for housekeeping to come every day rather than the 0 times that it did come (I checked in on a Thursday and left Saturday morning). Parking at any of the beach front locations is mighty expensive - a bit too far to walk to the restaurants. No one answered the phone, every interaction was done thru email.

Broken coffee maker , half roll of toilet paper, lamp did not work.

walls seemed paper thin. Could hear peolple next to you alot. They were not loud or yelling just normal talking. Beds were only standard size beds, Not Queen or King.

Literie pas confortable

The property is adjacent to a busy road that one must cross in order to access the beach, has limited parking, and the office is unstaffed.

Não há serviço algum. Em três dias, Não trocam toalhas, não repõe café, fiquei sem conseguir entrar no quarto por alguns minutos e a única forma encontrada foi mandar uma mensagem via booking. Dei um jeito antes de receber a resposta.
