A very clean and comfortable stay in modern chain business/ traveller hotel.
Pros:

Great onsen facility. Room whilst tight on space was clean, modern and comfortable. Check in front desk staff were very friendly, efficient and welcoming. Nice location for walking around and exploring Kamiyamada.
Included breakfast was very good .

Cons:

Nothing really to criticise. Would recommend.

次回もまた泊まりたいと思っています。
Pros:

観光ではないですが、親戚がある事で子供のころから上山田温泉を利用してきましたが今回初めて、ビジネスホテルのルートインさんを使用させて頂きました。温泉が特によく時間帯により色が変わる、気分的にビジネスホテルで味わえるなんて最高だと思いました。
朝食もおいしく頂けおいしくありがとうございました。
フロントのお姉さまもすごく対応がよく気持ちよさだけが残りました。

Cons:

冬だったので聞いてまではと思い聞きませんでしたが、氷のある場所がわからなかった。

温泉もよく、レストランの食事も美味しかったです。

Cons:

駐車場ありということでしたが、ギリギリ2車分しか空いておらず、到着遅れたら駐車できないおそれあり。予約時に駐車スペースの番号を決めて伝えておくとかしてほしい。

湯治や観光を兼ねて、また来たいホテルです。
Pros:

東館はエアコンの吹き出し口以外は清潔で、窓からの眺めも良かったです。雰囲気や泉質のよい大浴場にも満足でした。エコ清掃でワンドリンク無料になり、WOWOWが無料で見られるお得感に加えて、1Fのドリップコーヒーも無料なのは嬉しいです。雪山や善光寺別院、千曲川を眺めたり、近隣のお店を探してお散歩も楽しめました。

Cons:

朝食バイキングが狭くて、混雑時には快適とはいえませんでした。玄関や駐車場でタバコを吸っている人がいて、たまたまにしては遭遇する頻度が高くて、臭いや副流煙を吸う羽目になり、不快でした。廃旅館や断崖絶壁が第3駐車場の近くにあるので、ロケーションとしては少し怖いと感じました。

大浴場が温泉で、入る時間によりお湯の色が違う、いい温泉でした。
ゆっくりくつろげました。
また、部屋も広めでゆったりと休めました。
