• Location of the hotel is fine for that price

• Broken fridge in both rooms I stayed in and after I asked staff to fix that they told us 2 times they will fix it but nothing happened
• Hotel went trough reconstruction not long time ago but it was done terrible , everything falling apart , it looks like it was done by someone who have no idea what he was doing
• Heater in the bathroom was heating even when outside was 30 degrees without possibility to turn it off and in addition was leaking all the time on the floor
• Randomly hanging electric cables out of the socket
• Hotel itself offered to us a transport from airport to the hotel but when we arrived to Istanbul no one was waiting for us and when I called the hotel they said they forgot to do reservation for us,and said they will fix it just wait 5 minutes.....we wait 30 minutes and nothing happend but the best part was that when I tried to call the they didn't pick up phone anymore so we had to fix transport by ourself at the last moment and when we finally arrived at the hotel they even didn't apologize
• Staff was literally sleeping on the reception behind the laptop
• The staff member who was working night shifts was running with his little kid easily at 1 A.M or even later trough the entire hotel , talking loudly , smashing doors which made us impossible to sleep
The staff were nice and helpful. The location is great. Really close to blue mousqe and Hagia Sophia
Rooms are small, there are cockroaches, things are falling apart. You can hear other people thorugh the wall. There is no daily cleaning.

L hôtel il y avais des cafards la climatisation ne marché pas ni la télé il faut monter sur le toit pour la vue de la mosque bleu et non part la fenêtre
De locatie
Alles naast de locatie, geen Engels sprekend personeel, geen goede service, moesten telkens vragen om wc papier, handoeken enz. Hebben gedurende 8 dagen 2 keer een handdoekwissel gehad. Hele kleine kamer, schimmelige, stinkende badkamer en zagen op de laatste dag een kakkerlak lopen. Op de site staat dat he met pin of creditcard kan betalen maar dit bleek problematisch. Alleen cash werd geaccepteerd.

Hotel consigliato, soprattutto per la sua posizione strategica che permette di raggiungere facilmente i principali punti d’interesse della zona. Camere nella norma, ma funzionali. Staffa gentile e disponibile
Alcuni dettagli nelle camere potrebbero essere migliorati o sistemati. Anche la terrazza, dalla quale si ha una bella vista sulla moschea potrebbe essere sistemata meglio.
Seddam, the receptionist is so helpful, kind and sweet person!
He made our arrival and stay in Istanbul so lovely, he was always ready to help us with giving us the easiest transportation ways to the sightseeings apart from google maps, and he helped us with carrying our suitcases to the top floor and again on the way down, without us even asking for it. He even made sure also to fulfill our during-booking-process requirement and gave us the room with stunning view at the Blue Mosque (floor 5) and let us check in earlier than it should! The Kurdish cleaning lady also changed our bedsheets immediately when we told her to, cause they had some stains. Overall, id say that its the people of this hotel that made the stay better, and ofc the stunning view. The location is very central for the 3 main sightseeings, Blue Mosque- Hagia Sophia - Grand Bazaar, but to say if its the ideal location for you or not, it really depends on what type of traveller someone is. This part of the city has a more traditional local authentic vibe with its ups and downs. More messy, careless drivers, lower social class, more raw Eastern vibe. On the other hand Taksim area is more tourist-friedly (shopping, nightlife etc). I lived in both and i cant really choose.
Even tho the hotel has this amazing priviledge of the best view of Blue Mosque possible (even better than luxurious hotels), its really a pity that its so neglected by its owners. The cleaning of the linen and floor must be better, the stairs moquette must be changed immediately, and the terrace mess should turn into an enjoyable usable place for the clients, cause now its only for taking some photos and leave.

Posizione rispetto ad alcuni luoghi importanti della città e gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Camera un po' rumorosa per la posizione vicino ad una strada trafficata.
