Very helful personnel, Seddam is the best! Great location and view from top floor
Pros:

Seddam, the receptionist is so helpful, kind and sweet person!
He made our arrival and stay in Istanbul so lovely, he was always ready to help us with giving us the easiest transportation ways to the sightseeings apart from google maps, and he helped us with carrying our suitcases to the top floor and again on the way down, without us even asking for it. He even made sure also to fulfill our during-booking-process requirement and gave us the room with stunning view at the Blue Mosque (floor 5) and let us check in earlier than it should! The Kurdish cleaning lady also changed our bedsheets immediately when we told her to, cause they had some stains. Overall, id say that its the people of this hotel that made the stay better, and ofc the stunning view. The location is very central for the 3 main sightseeings, Blue Mosque- Hagia Sophia - Grand Bazaar, but to say if its the ideal location for you or not, it really depends on what type of traveller someone is. This part of the city has a more traditional local authentic vibe with its ups and downs. More messy, careless drivers, lower social class, more raw Eastern vibe. On the other hand Taksim area is more tourist-friedly (shopping, nightlife etc). I lived in both and i cant really choose.

Cons:

Even tho the hotel has this amazing priviledge of the best view of Blue Mosque possible (even better than luxurious hotels), its really a pity that its so neglected by its owners. The cleaning of the linen and floor must be better, the stairs moquette must be changed immediately, and the terrace mess should turn into an enjoyable usable place for the clients, cause now its only for taking some photos and leave.

Konumu çok iyi, Topkapı Sarayı ve Sultanahmet Camii'ne yakın. Çatı terasından caminin muhteşem bir manzarası var. Oda temiz ve düzenliydi. Çok güzel vakit geçirdim!🇹🇷☺️

Özellikle resepsiyon görevlisi Saddam'dan bahsetmek istiyorum; konaklamamız boyunca son derece nazik ve yardımseverdi. Bizi her zaman gülümseyerek karşıladı, tüm sorularımızı yanıtladı ve bize çok ilgili davrandı. İşine gönülden bağlı olduğu ve misafirlerinin iyi vakit geçirmesinin onun için gerçekten önemli olduğu açıktı. Bu seyahati bu kadar olumlu bir deneyim haline getirmek için çok şey yaptı. Bu kadar arkadaş canlısı ve yardımsever biriyle karşılaşmak nadirdir, bu yüzden ona özel teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum!🇹🇷☺️

Pros:

Чудові адміністратори - завжди на місці і допомогають по всім питанням. Гарне місцерозташування - Айя Софія у пішій доступності, як і багато інших цікавих локацій. Номер хоч і малий, але дуже чистий. Вид з вікна - дійсно красивий

Cons:

Наш номер дуже відрізнявся від фото і не в кращу сторону. Під вікнами з понеділка по п'ятницю кричали діти - шумоізоляція (принаймні на 5 поверсі) взагалі відсутня. Дуже круті сходи, ліфта немає - враховуйте цей момент.
