Great and convenient hotel, staff is amazing and Lavon from the front desk is friendly and great talk great person
Pros:

Great location, clean and quiet rooms and lots of space in the room, maybe an extra chair will be great

Disappointing
Pros:

Not much, really. It's like they put lipstick on a pig and try to sell it for something much more than what it is.. i expect more out of a Hilton hotel.

Cons:

The room was very basic for the price. The décor was very limited. The office chair or the desk chair was the same thing that was used as furniture at the pool. So basically, the office chair was patio furniture.

The bed linens were very basic. The room did not maintain a constant temperature
The pool had cloudy water and did not appear usable.

Never again.
Pros:

Close to a lot of different places.

Cons:

The animals by the AC unit. The noise the ac unit made. The staff was unfriendly, texted my need of towels and the response was late then I realized the worker had been busy walking helping other ppl in the rooms. Night reception was sleeping when I went to drop off my keys. Had 2 wait for her to realize there was somebody at the front desk. I ended up leaving early in the morning because I was so uncomfortable. I'm talking between 3:30 & 4:00.

Pros:

The cleaning service for the rooms are terrible. There was a stain on our sheet, and after they came in to clean all they did was turn the blanket over. And no toilet paper.

Cons:

The breakfast was mediocre, and the only microwave was in the lobby, so you had to go down the elevator to heat up any food beverage.

Overall was okay, but if pets are allowed they need to keep up with the maintenance of the rooms.
Pros:

Not many options for breakfast but was still good. The beds were comfortable and was clean. Like the pool was indoors. It was a good location.

Cons:

The tub was dirty. The front desk was rude didn't greet us upon arrival or give me any information about wifi or anything like that. Didn't say where the elevator was or anything about time for breakfast. He was just rude rude rude

Pros:

El desayuno podria ser igual pero les falta mas creatividad. cambiar la fruta y el tipo de pan.
El lugar siempre lo tienen limpio.

Cons:

Poner pan rebanado, poner plátanos de vez en cuando .
La bañera tiene el piso muy resbaloso.
La maquina de hacer hielos no funcionaba.

Cons:

Traffic around the property was terrible. All entrances were pretty steep. If you have a lowered vehicle like mine it’s definitely not ideal.
