The breakfast items were stale. The coffee was not fresh and often times there was not any in the pot. I wish that there was a microwave in the room. There was one microwave for the entire hotel and it was on the first floor by the check-in counter.

The whole property smelled awful. There was damage on all the walls, framing, doors, showers, floors, ceilings, windows, and the light switches… one of the workers even just walked right into the room. No knock or anything… the whole property smelled like mildew very strongly. And I was even told that the room we stayed in was suppose for be out of order and we shouldn’t have been in there…

Mold

Spark does not have coffee pots in the rooms anymore so that was a disappointment but not a deal breaker as coffee was not far from our room in the lobby. The shower necessities were empty but I always carry back up.

Breakfast wasn't hilton standards, shower head broken, beds uncomfortable, smell of sweat on pillow cases. No conditioner. Grass was so high hard to walk dog on grass that was given access.

Dirty, smelled like mold had mold on the curtain and black mold in the shower rug was dirty had to call front desk 3 times for the ac not working there was a shortage in the wires. The guy came up and played with the cables 3 times to get it working. The elevator and stairs were dirty. The bathrooms were dirty the pool was discusting worst hotel stay I’ve ever had in my entire life. This place is a health hazard to anyone who stays here.

Floor was soaked from the A/C unit leaking, room had that lovely mildew smell...the smell of old ripe towels

Room was dirty, bed smelled like dirty body odor like the sheets looked clean but the pillows and mattress smelled musty and dirty. Rust in the bathtub and the drain was clogged and barely drained after a few hours. The carpet in the room was stained and old looking. It was a terrible experience - we arrived at midnight and checked out by 7am because we did not want to be there a moment longer.

The grounds were dirty, lobby was picked up but not "clean". Coffee area was not clean, creamer was spilled and dried, and grimy. Smudges everywhere, lobby looked dingy and unswept/mopped. Our room was available early which was really nice but the duvet cover on one of the beds was dirty and stained. There was a hair in the bed, the bar of soap in the bathroom was leftover from the previous guest and the bed frame had something spilled on it. We slept horribly that night. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were way too soft. It just felt overall icky. Staff was nice but it's the worst hotel experience we've had.
