Overall is recommended, staff is great and they keep clean all the time

The vanity sink was clogged and accumulating water that drain slowly room 104, breakfast is so simple waffle machine is a must and that deposit of $75 for recurring customers I’m whiling to stay every week at least 2 or 3 days for work but holding $75 every time that takes 7 or even more days to go back in my account is insane specially if my stay is not consecutive days but monday and Thursday for example they are holding $150 per week that takes 7 days to go back to my account is taking my trips out of budget

Great and convenient hotel, staff is amazing and Lavon from the front desk is friendly and great talk great person

Overall was okay, but if pets are allowed they need to keep up with the maintenance of the rooms.
Pros:

Not many options for breakfast but was still good. The beds were comfortable and was clean. Like the pool was indoors. It was a good location.

Cons:

The tub was dirty. The front desk was rude didn't greet us upon arrival or give me any information about wifi or anything like that. Didn't say where the elevator was or anything about time for breakfast. He was just rude rude rude

Disappointing
Pros:

Not much, really. It's like they put lipstick on a pig and try to sell it for something much more than what it is.. i expect more out of a Hilton hotel.

Cons:

The room was very basic for the price. The décor was very limited. The office chair or the desk chair was the same thing that was used as furniture at the pool. So basically, the office chair was patio furniture.

The bed linens were very basic. The room did not maintain a constant temperature
The pool had cloudy water and did not appear usable.
