Bueno, solo mejorar restaurant

Relación precio calidad, instalaciones, tamaño

Cons:

Que dice que tiene restaurante, llegamos a las 19:00 con intención de cenar y nos dijieron que ya estaba cerrado. Al otro día me cobraron desayuno para mis 2 hijos, pague 160 pesos y prácticamente no había nada para que ellos, ni siquiera pan.

Está bien para estar de paso.
Pros:

Las habitaciones están muy bien, el baño de muy buen tamaño, la cama comodísima, el edredon super confortable así como las almohadas. Tiene alberca pero estaba fría el agua, no pudimos usar el jacuzzi, que es comunal. Ofrecieron un pequeño bufet de desayuno el cual estuvo regular.Muy buena atención al cliente.

Cons:

Les hace falta poner otro sartén para los hotcakes, ya que salían por tandas de 6 y rapidamente se acababan y tardaban rato en sacar más. No incluye pan o tortillas, hay costo adicional. Aunque sus instalaciones son grandes, teínan mucho espacio fuera de servicio, les falta mantenimiento y el área de alimentos, el cual dicen es restaurante, parece más una cocina económica, no va con el concepto del hotel.

Estancia muy agradable.
Pros:

La amplitud de las habitaciones y la limpieza a primera vista.
El hotel es muy bonito y las instalaciones en general.
Servicio de café en el hobby durante todo el día.

Cons:

El desayuno no tenian pan blanco y no habia variedad, todos los dias fue el mismo, la misma fruta, huevo revuelto.
Y aunque se veia limpio todo, un noche anterior matamos una araña y en el piso se quedo la mancha. Al siguiente dia no limpiaron el piso porque la mancha seguia. Solo esa queja, en general todo bien

It was like a resort. Clean enough but not too clean. Room and bathroom were spacious

Cons:

It was too cold, rooms were cold had heating but wasn’t working well. Breakfast had limited options. There was no food available in hotel. As they shared their kitchen closes at 2 pm on Sunday. And there was no nearby place where one can go and eat. The hotel is in isolated place 20 minutes from San Miguel Allende centre. So go prepared with necessities if you are booking it
