Le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du personnel de la réception qui a fait de son mieux pour trouver des solutions...

Cons:

Nous avions loué le studio, situé en RDC. La chaleur y était insupportable car la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et il était impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre. Un AirB&B nous a été proposé. Cette fois, la climatisation fonctionnait mais le logement était très sale : frigo, sol, douche, cuisine (couverts, assiettes, ...)
A noter qu'à ce jour, la direction de l'établissement n'a pas encore daigné nous contacter.

Tesis temiz ve çok merkeziydi. Her yere yürüyerek gidebildik.

Cons:

Kaldığım oda çaplı bir odaydı ve sokak arasına bakıyordu. Karşımızda metruk bir ev vardı perdeleri hiç açmadık. Halbuki kendilerinde balkonlu bir oda rica etmiştim.

The location was excellent, so close to all amenities.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning in the main room. It was extremely uncomfortable to sleep, etc. We had to request twice for the basics utensils for the kitchen. Coupled with that the same for toilet rolls, etc. The floor was dirty and stained.

The price of a regular beer etc was very expensive. We would pay less than half in old Nice in beautiful bars.

Perfect pied de tierre right by vieux nice.
Pros:

Perfect size and location! My husband and I needed separate places to work remotely and most hotel rooms are studios. This worked perfectly for us. Everything was brand new and the kitchen and washer were nice to have. Rooms were spotless.

Cons:

They were doing construction in the middle of the night making it hard to sleep.

Everything would have been very good (location, staff, breakfast at the hotel), if not for the occasional smell of sewage in the room... It was felt even near the elevator (possibly from the basement). It was only possible to live with the window open.

Понравилось буквально все. Отличное расположение, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Ненавязчивый персонал. Всегда есть к кому обратиться за помощью. Удобный заезд в аппартаменты. Кухня укомплектована всем необходимым.Очень хорошо отдохнули. Большое спасибо.

Great location, comfortable stay.
Pros:

Great location, comfortable bed and couch, loved the kitchen and washing machine facilities within the room. Very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

A few minor issues- both the lamp and bathroom door were broken, no clothes line for the washing machine, minimal cutlery. Staff were unfortunately quite rude at the main hotel - charged me twice for the city tax with no apology and were overall cold and unhelpful.
