Schöne Ausstattung des Zimmers. Unserem Wunsch wurde nachgegangen und wir haben ein Zimmer in einem höheren Stockwerk bekommen. Klimaanlage war sehr gut. Check Out erst um 12:00.
Check-In und -Out musste im Hotel daneben erledigt werden. Von einer Kaution von €500,- war meines Wissens im Vorfeld keine Rede gewesen.

Leider sind überall Dinge fast abgefallen oder waren Defekt.
On arrival we were required to pay a more than £400 deposit against damage to the room. There was absolutely no mention of this at the time we made the booking. Others checking in at the same time were as surprised as we were by this requirement. This is not a good way to treat your customers, especially as there was, ironically, already damage to the sink and the bathroom door when we arrived. We reported this of course, but it was not fixed during our stay.
Location excellent and quiet away from busy road yet conveniently located from tram and bus stops. The bathroom had two separate wash basins. The bathroom was a good size and separated from the toilet which was useful. Very soft towels provided. The bedroom was a good size with plenty of storage. The bed was big and comfortable
Staff was not always available at reception so might not be available when you check in and check out
Location was excellent, large apartment with excellent facilities and beds were very comfy.
Great location for buses to other lakes
Staff were lovely especially the lady at breakfast who worked so hard always with a smile
Food was good & very reasonably priced
Nice to have a pool to spend time relaxing when it gets too hot

Location and size
No tea towel or dishclothes. Bathroom was small and shower overflowed slightly if shower on full power. This issue was reported to the hotel.

The interior of the apartment is very nice, the colours and finish is good. The apartment is very quiet and comfortable.If it is a view you are looking for then you are in the wrong place!! ,but we were not .The bed is very comfortable and the bedroom is a good size. The shape of the rooms is a little odd but in a nice way.We did not use the kitchen facilities but it seemed quite well equipped. The staff that we met were very pleasant,the young lady doing the cleaning very much so,and she did a very good job.
Two things were not so good. The toilet was designed with very small people in mind it really is very small, neither my wife or I are large but it is a difficult area to manoeuvre.The other is the very good looking wash basins in the nice bathroom ,the design is very impractical,the designer never shaved using a wet shave..

Brilliant location. Clean property, comfortable bed, great apartment size and good kitchen facilities.
I was looking forward to using the hotel gym but it was disgusting, so dirty, no cleaning equipment, cluttered and no working air conditioning.
Well appointed property and good size apartment with high quality fixtures. Well equipped kitchen. Double sinks in bathroom. Large shower. Big windows with good drapes.
There was a musty smell in the bathroom.
Room was great, breakfast was great, the bits were comfortable and the location was perfect.
When we checked in, we were supposed to stay at the residences but they moved us to a hotel room. We were disappointed because we were wanting to do cooking and laundry and have more space but they included breakfast and did our laundry for us so it was a fair compromise.
