Top appartement in een plaats in wederopbouw
Pros:

Het premium appartement dat wij geboekt hadden voor 4 nachten, was van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie inrichting, schoon, goed geïsoleerd tegen geluid, een balkon aan de voor én achterzijde en airconditioning wat erg prettig was met temperaturen boven de 30 graden. De mooie ruime gratis parkeerplaats voor het appartement was ook fijn.

De plaats Altenahr is echter minder. Vijf jaar na de overstroming is veel nog in verval en zijn ramen van panden dichtgetimmerd. Daarentegen is alles wat hersteld is helemaal nieuw, zo ook het appartement alsook enkele restaurants én het spoor en treinstation. Met de trein sta je binnen een kwartier in Ahrweiler waar een uitzonderlijk mooi kerk te zien is. Met de gastenkaart kun je binnen een beperkt gebied gratis reizen met trein en bus.

Cons:

Het appartement was top en daar is werkelijk niets op af te dingen.

Je dient er wel rekening mee te houden dat in de directe omgeving nog veel hersteld wordt en er dus behoorlijk wat bouwlawaai is als je overdag in de plaats Altenahr blijft. Je moet er dus echt op uit in de mooie omgeving en het appartement als uitvalsbasis gebruiken.

I wish I was there longer!
Pros:

Very nice bathroom outfitted with plenty of towels and a washing machine! Crisp and cool air conditioning! Right at the base of an awesome castle hike and the Rotweinwanderweg! The check-in kiosk was also easy to use.

Alles super, wir kommen wieder 🙏
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich und auf dem neusten Stand! Auch super geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Rudi (Besitzer) war auch super lieb und zuvorkommend. Also alles in einem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

War alles super. Perfekter Aufenthalt für Tagesausflüge auf den Ring.
Check In unkompliziert am Automaten möglich.

Cons:

Ausblick im EG war leider hauptsächlich auf die Parkplätze.

Fijn verblijf in een mooi natuurgebied
Pros:

De kamer beviel me heel erg goed. Alle benodigheden waren ook aanwezig. Mooe locatie van het balkon met de natuur. Ook de luxe van het appartement zoals automatische rolluiken was erg prettig. De parkeerplaats naast de appartementen was ook fijn

De kussens waren wel voor ons niet prettig. Ze waren lekker groot en fluffy maar als je erop ligt is net alsof je op het matras ligt. Is te dun en je zakt er heel veel in weg
