Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room felt more like a garage than a hotel room. There were clear signs of dampness and moisture on the walls, and we even found a millipede inside the room. We were traveling with our young child, so this was especially concerning and unacceptable.
The breakfast was also very poor. It was exactly the same every single day with no variety, and on one occasion, the boiled egg was dark blue to almost black inside, which raised serious concerns about the food quality and freshness.
Overall, the hotel did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, or food quality.

المكان نظيف وجميل جداً والفطور اول يوم دلعونا عقب الايام الثانية كان عادي
لكن بشكل عام جميل وفي مناطق فعاليات خيول وألعاب للصغار وفي اشجار برقوق جميلة جداً ، احيانا تفوح من البحيرة روائح غير مستحبة

رايق ويستاهل العودة له مرات عديدة

منتجع متكامل مطعم وكافيهات، راحة ونظافة، مالك المنتجع الشيخ حسن حاضر بشكل دائم ولطيف وكريم

الموقع من اروع مايمكن
البوفيه جميل جدا جدا وموقعه على النهر المفتوح خيالي بصراحة والإفطار برغم الوقت حتى الساعة 11 يغلق ولكن لديهم مرونة في الاستقبال حتى الساعة 12:30
صاحب المكان بشوش ولطيف جدا قابلته صدفه وبعد ذلك اكرمنا بمزة لذيذة جدا

ان كان لي عودة الى طرابزون , بالتأكيد سيكون هذا الفندق خياري الاول.

اقمنا في الفندق 10 ايام , اود كتابة مدوّنه عن طيب الاقامة
كان معنا والدي كبير السن وعلى كرسي متحرك ونادراً ما نجد فندق يتوفر فيه جميع مايلزم مثل هذا الفندق.
نشاطات كثيره بالقرب من الفندق ولاتحتاج الى سيارة , ومع ذاك تتوفر مواقف واسعة للسيارات.
المطعم باطلالة وافطار رائعين , موظفين المطعم خدومين وسريعين ولطيفين وموظفات النظافة رائعات وموظفين الاستقبال , الكل كان بشوش ومرحّب وخدوم , المالك متواجد دائماً ويشرف بنفسه على كل شي ويحرص على رضا النزلاء.
