Good and comfortable looking hotel. Proximity to Dakar airport. Served my purpose of airport connectivity at at early hour.
Upon entering the hotel at around 6 PM evening the receptionist tells me that he is alone and there's nobody else at the entrance and reception available. He says he is alone and tells me to manage the unloading of luggage from the car and handling of my own luggage by pointing at the trolleys.
At 9 PM the receptionist calls to my room confirming to me that the airport drop shuttle is confirmed for 6:30 AM the next morning. And at 6 AM in the morning when I contact the reception they claim they have no booking of shuttle for me for 6:30 AM. Upon insisting about a confirmation received the previous night they manage to oblige. Had there not been a shuttle, I would have been stranded in the middle of Diamniadio without a vehicle to drop me in time for my airport. Something they seem to have taken casually.

Brilliantly located near the airport with a free airport shuttle. The staff were brilliant and helped me when my luggage was lost! And as a Marriott Bonvoy member they granted me late checkout with ease. Breakfast had many options. Ibrahima and Simone were excellent.

Good location and a very comfortable and spacious room. In fact because it was Valentines we were upgraded to a suite which was lovely. The staff were very helpful and the gym was good and well equipped. Breakfast was also very good
The restaurant offering wasn’t great and only one restaurant. So we went to The Courtyard for dinner on Valentine’s Day. The pool wasn’t very clean due to the dust and it was very exposed and windy and so we couldn’t use it.
I had arranged for the room to be decorated on our arrival for valentines but my request was misunderstood and the hotel planned to decorate at some point on Valentine’s Day and so lost the element of surprise and was a bit disappointing
