Pros:

We are staying in the big house hotel to celebrate my little heart paarth's birthday.
The staff of this hotel is very cooperative and specially thanks to Mr. Shahid to host us. He is very amazing host.

The hotel was completely unacceptable.

Cons:

Room No.304 was given to me. The hotel was completely unacceptable. The room was filthy with a dirty bed, scrap furniture, and no chair. It was booked for three people but was only set up for two and lacked basic amenities like towels and soap. The main door didn't lock properly, and there was standing water in the hallway and on the stairs. Please don't go with your spouse for stay here... My review is 100 percent genuine... Nothing to create problem to the hotel, but when someone wish to stay his wife or husband and you find the room like small godown without proper lights etc... Shame on such business. I felt so unsafe and uncomfortable that I had to immediately find a different hotel. Waste of money... Owner should renew that hotel. Reception was good.

Very Bad Experience
Cons:

Very disappointing stay at Nikita's Residency. Poor service, zero management, frequent power cuts, and nothing like we expected. Would not recommend.

We only pay the advanced and havent stay there
Pros:

They asked me for advance, and I paid them, but when we reached the hotel, the hotel was pretty pathetic
they asked to move to another hotel for the swimming pool. So I decided to cancel the booking, but they refused to return the advance, and I booked another hotel
