Pros:

Hotel is near to the mall road still not too close for walking

Cons:

Cleaning, room service, facilities nothing is satisfactory. You have to ask for every small thing repeatedly even what should be already available/provided before you check in. No extra bed was given even after asking for it .
No bathroom slippers, no bathroom kit was available. Even tea coffee kit was provided on asking.

The location is perfect—just a short 5-minute walk to Mall Road, making it very convenient. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained with a cozy atmosphere.

Cons:

The approach road can be a bit steep/narrow (common in Mussoorie), and the room service was a little slow during peak hours.

I had a great stay at Hotel Novello By Evergreen. The location is excellent, being very close to Mall Road and other attractions. The staff was extremely cooperative, polite, and helpful, making the experience even better. The check-in process was quick, and parking space was available, which is a big plus. Considering the price, the hotel offers great value for money.

Expensive Over Priced With Additional Paid Facilities That Too Were Expensive 😁
Pros:

The location is very convenient nearby to Mall Road and all other famous places are within 20-30 mins distance
Their services are very fast until it's paid one otherwise very poor.

Cons:

The water heaters weren't working and there was no hot water, and the room heater was too expensive, and they seem to be taking advantage of people in helpless situations.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful! The mountain view was breathtaking, and everything was neat and clean. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay truly enjoyable.
This has been my best stay ever — I highly recommend it to everyone looking for a great place to relax and enjoy beautiful views. I’m sure we’ll be back soon!

Nope..
Pros:

Hotel is in good place, mall road is in walking distance. Good View seen from terrace.

Cons:

Hotel room was in actually different from photo seen. Washroom is very small in size. TV wifi was not available, staff may be some more helpful and active. It was costly as per facility.
