Ring Beach Hotel

Встретили нас мягко говоря не очень. Я понимаю что Турция страна разводов, но не до такой же степени. Летаю я много, была во многих странах, часто заказываю через букинг и никогда не было проблем. В этом же отеле не знали к чему придраться, что б содрать денег ( т.к изначально был заказан номер дорогой с видом на море) 2а взрослых и ребёнок 16 лет ( на букинге при оформлении спрашивался возраст, до 17 лет -ребёнок) Администратор говорит что у нас ребёнок считается до 12 лет, доплачивайте 80 евро... хотя у них же в чеке прописан возраст и сумма совпадает с букингом🙈 я попросила чек за эти 80 евро, чтобы потом разобраться, чего естественно не получила. Потом мне заявили платить на 640 евро больше, с чеком, вроде как мы только приехали без сайтов🫣 Я начала вызывать полицию, и узнавать места в соседних отелях...после 40 минут разговора они наконец решили меня зачекинить по изначальной цене🥴( видимо что бы не терять 2а номера ( нас было 2е семьи))

Отель с импортным нормальным алкоголем, но после 24.00 всё платное. Анимация отсутствовала совсем. Никто не приезжал, не выступал. Была детская дискотека и вечером устраивали небольшие конкурсы мин на 30.

- In het hotel is alles goed geregeld, maar wil je buiten even rondlopen in Beldibi dan is er weinig te zien of te beleven. Je moet een taxi pakken om naar leuke plekken te gaan.
- Je hebt waterschoenen nodig om de zee in te gaan. Gelukkig zijn ze daar overal te koop. Op blote voeten is het bijna niet te doen door de grote stenen in het water.

Food and drink option where very limited and not much variety.
Music was very loud starting from 11am and only EDM.
The tour company sold us a english speaking tour, to cancel on the day as they only had russian speaking.

Although I wanted to pay in advance, the hotel was of the opinion that they could not debit this amount. The reason they gave was that it was my fault that my credit card details were incomplete (I had checked my details several times and knew that I had filled in all the details). When I gave my details to the reception again, the lady at the reception claimed that I had insufficient money in my account - which was definitely not true. After a lot of back and forth, I had to pay with cash 3 out of 7 days. I phoned my bank to find out how this could be and my bank assured me that the problem was not ours. I went to the reception again and suddenly my credit card worked. End of the story: complicated payment although it could be so easy - having to pay a part in cash and the second part with the card from which I also had expenses deducted. Thanks to the incompetent reception that our holiday had to start so annoyingly.
What also annoyed me was the loud music that went on until late at night.

Property is too old and rooms are too old furniture, in the room wall phone was not working, towels too old and smells, mattress are old bed frames as-well , this hotel is not 5 stars , totally 3 stars hotel. My son 13 years old even he says , dad it is not 5 star hotel. I had very bad experience with this hotel. I paid 2160£ just for 7 nights but for that good money i can stay better place.
