The best in Rome
Pros:

The hotel was right in the centre of Rome and almost near to all of the tourist attractions. The rooms were clean, quite big and affordable.

Overall enjoyable stay
Pros:

Check in staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and location was great. These things far outweigh the negative.

Cons:

Our room was left unlocked by the cleaning staff one day. They also didn't replenish the coffee. The bathroom sometimes had a sewage smell. The bar across the street was loud until quite late at night.

Foi péssima a experiência.

O quarto é confortável e limpo.

Cons:

O prédio é horrível, difícil localização, pois fica no segundo andar a recepção.
A recepção não é 24 horas, tive que fazer o check out de madrugada, sai do prédio às 2 da manhã, tive que atravessar a rua e ir ao hotel em frente, e pedir para chamar um táxi.
Me senti em um Airbnb, sem total assistência por parte da recepção.

Sem contar que quando fui para o meu quarto que ficava no andar que não tinha recepção, só me entregaram a chave que tinha uma senha eletrônica, fiquei em pânico entrei no prédio e depois não conseguia sair. Ninguém da recepção me explicou nada, teriam que ter um funcionário que fosse conosco no andar de cima e explicasse o funcionamento daquela porta.

O prédio está em reforma, muito sujo. A porta principal fica aberta, com uns latões de lixo, sei que o prédio está em reforma, mas teria que no mínimo ter uma recepção 24 horas no 1 andar.

Espero nunca mais ficar hospedada em lugar assim, me senti muito vulnerável.
