Pasión. Trate este retrato y trate a su familia. Limpio y buena ubicación. Se puede recomendar. Debido a que es un miembro del personal de recepción, Mabe tiene un desempeño sobresaliente y puede comunicarse con los invitados en inglés y alemán. El nivel profesional es alto para resolver problemas para los invitados.

Hôtel nul, très cher et malhonnête !
Pros:

Vraiment déçus par tout. Veut paraître un grand hôtel car jacuzzi et piscine mais d'autres hôtels avec vue sur mer, bien moins chers avec supers prestations sont bien meilleurs pour séjourner !

Cons:

Le pompon, ils nous ont fait le coup de "j'ai pas de monnaie, on vous rendra demain matin" pour finalement ne pas nous rendre la monnaie !!! Malhonnête en plus ! Heureusement, on n'y a passé qu'une nuit ! L'hôtel super où nous étions le plus était le Léon Marino, superbe !

wir möchten Ihnen mitteilen, dass unser Aufenthalt äußerst zufriedenstellend war. Die geräumige Unterkunft bot ausreichend Platz für meine Familie, und die Poolanlage war adäquat. Zudem war die Lage optimal.

Cons:

Die Öffnungszeiten des Pools sollten ab 10:00 Uhr morgens beginnen. Die Gäste im Hotel schlafen in der Regel nicht lange. Das Mittagsmenü des Restaurants bietet eine zu geringe Auswahl.

Excellent location in Santa Cruz
Pros:

Fantastic location, close to Charles Darwin Ave and the boat pier. There is a nice pool for the children and free bikes to rent. The property felt safe.

We stayed in a beautiful matrimonial suite with an amazing view of the bay. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the pier! The grounds were so pretty, the pool was great, and breakfast was included (all-you-can-eat, which we loved!). The staff were super friendly. Such a perfect stay!

Checking out the bikes to pedal around Port Ayora was really fun. Ninfa is a beautiful property!
Pros:

Breakfast every morning was a highlight of our stay at Ninfa as we got ready to start our daily adventures. Yummy, fresh, custom orders, lots of food variety.
Front desk staff was very helpful in making sure we had taxis on time.
Housekeeping came every day with fresh towels.
It was great to have pool towels for the pool area too.
Abundant filtered water for water bottle refills too.
