Die Damen für Frühstück und für Sauberkeit waren sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Leider war mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel insgesamt enttäuschend und für den verlangten Preis nicht zufriedenstellend.
Das Frühstück war kalt und wirkte nicht frisch. Gerade bei einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich deutlich mehr Qualität und Sorgfalt.
Besonders unangenehm war das Verhalten des Hotelinhabers bzw. Mitarbeiters, der gleichzeitig an der Rezeption saß. Während des Essens wurden wir ständig beobachtet, was eine sehr unwohl fühlende Atmosphäre geschaffen hat. Zusätzlich wurden uns private Fragen gestellt, unter anderem was sich in unserem Einkaufstrolley befindet. Auch andere Gäste wurden mit Fragen bombardiert, zum Beispiel wie viele Tage sie gebucht hätten – Informationen, die ein Gastgeber eigentlich selbst wissen sollte.
Am Tag der Abreise kam es zu einer weiteren unangenehmen Situation: Wir wurden unfreundlich darauf angesprochen, warum unser Auto ganz hinten auf dem Hotelparkplatz geparkt war, obwohl wir den Autoschlüssel ohnehin abgegeben hatten. Anschließend mussten mehrere Autos vor unserem erst herausgeparkt werden, wobei so getan wurde, als wäre dies unsere Schuld.
Insgesamt fehlte es deutlich an Professionalität, Diskretion und Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben uns als Gäste nicht willkommen gefühlt und können das Hotel so leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Мягкие матрасы, спать было очень удобно. Номер среднего размера, освещение плохое в комнате, в ванной было хорошее освещение. Полотенца уже старенькие, но чистые. Вода была горячая, сантехника работает. Тапочки одноразовые в номере. Парковка есть но маленькая, на всех места не хватило и пришлось ставить машину на прилегающей улице, там парковка бесплатная, но тоже надо поискать места. Завтрак нормальный для маленького отеля.

Супер локация. На 100 метра има удобен градски транспорт за навсякъде - всички забележителности.
Хотела е две звезди, но се чисти всеки ден, хавлии, чаршафи всичко се сменя всеки ден.

Zona in care este amplasat , foarte aproape de stațiile de transport in comun, cu cateva restaurante prin apropiere . Curat in camera, personal atent , schimb valutar foarte bun la recepție, parcare privata

Muy buen hotel para descansar y buena relación calidad precio.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca a una estación de tranvia que en pocos minutos te pone en el centro historico. El señor Suleiman es supremamente amable y hace del hotel un lugar calido.
