Cons:

Self had been charged twice as got payment failure. Self tried again. Now it was double charged with different dates. Date, Which I never check in I.e. 8.12.25. records may be checked. By contacting via phone, hotel staff do not cooperate at all. Booking .Com had no me jenis for any help. It was bad experience from both side I.e. Trovato & Booking.com. Now I'm being compelled to remove booking.com app from my mobile.

Pros:

Location is good

Cons:

1. room and the property overall is badly maintained
2. bad smell everywhere
3. when there is power cut generator is not started
4. staff is argumentative
5. property hosts parties and in creates plenty noise in the room
6. after party i saw drunken people in the alleyways being helped out by staff
7. i looked inside the kitchen and it was filthy

staff is scared that people will leave the property and asked me to pay 100% before i occupied the room
