Lovely
Pros:

There was a really good choice of vegan food on the menu for all meals. The restaurant serves breakfast until 4pm and snacks all day. There were more indoor sitting areas than I expected (visited in March) and the hotel has direct access to the lakeside path. The indoor swimming pool was excellent and spa/wellness area very smart and comfortable. Definitely recommended. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely views. Lovely staff. Need some work on the interiors.
Pros:

Great size rooms. Great size balconies with partial yet beautiful views of the lake. Lovely staff.

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable with blankets too small for the bed. Decor was quite kitch.

Le personnel a préparé une petite collation spéciale pour l anniversaire de mon compagnon de même que deux verres de champagne! Magnifique attention surprise!! 🤩

Pros:

Sehr freundliche Begrüßung, das Personal war sämtlich sehr freundlich,hilfsbereit und kompetent.Hund war sehr willkommen. Reichhaltiges feines und gesundes Frühstück, bei schönem Wetter auch draußen zu genießen .Parken ohne Probleme, ohne Garage kostenfrei.
Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, gute Betten,,unser Juniorsuite
sehr große schöne Terrasse.
Schnell ist man am Ufer des Lago Maggiore, mit dem Bus in Ascona und Locarno und kann auch direkt in die nächsten Orte spazieren oder wandern
Sauna und Pools waren sehr erholsam.Es wurde uns ein wunderbarer Urlaub ermöglicht, wir werden wiederkommen
