Pros:

Rooms are clean and have basic facilities but are very small and cramped. Food is good but the restaurant is always crowded and staff overwhelmed. Reception staff is polite but inexperienced. They need more professionalism in all areas.

A decent place but needs some improvements
Pros:

Located close to Statue of Unity and all the tourist attractions near it. Check-in and check-out process is smooth and easy. Staff is helpful, esp. Ajit who attended to our requests and helped us with chalking out our daily schedule.
The rooms are maintained well by the housekeeping team.
The swimming pool is good too, but it was very cold to use since it was winter.

Cons:

Breakfast menu options are very limited and repeating. It was the same 3 options on all days (Poha, Bread, Idli) of which the Idli was not well made. Restaurant is very crowded as it allows outsiders too, which makes it hard for residents to get a table easily plus makes meals a noisy affair. It also makes the restaurant quite dirty with food spilled everywhere and delays in ordering. Room service is also not upto the mark (we couldn't get coffee/tea at 7 am)

Room is fine but the bathrooms are not well designed - there is no shower curtain which makes the whole bathroom wet after taking a bath. The health faucet was a bit leaky too. Hot water takes really long to fill in the bucket.

HORRIBLE
Pros:

64 sq ft room 12 sq ft bathroom with no fridge. We paid 7500 INR each for 2 Rooms. Getting breakfast was a wrestling match….People breathing down each other’s neck to get eatables…as there was less supply….and to think Booking.com had actually promoted this Hotel….Fortune ITC on same days on physical checking the room rate was 6700/-…immediately take off this Hotel from your site.
