Pros:

The front desk staff very helpful. Especially the male staff. He helped us to book taxis & write the destination address in Hangul and take the initiative to explain to the taxi driver our destinations.

Nearby to everything...Haeundae Market/Beach/McD/Restaurants.

I would stay here again. Great location off the Main Street of Haeundae and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Great location in Haeundae. Spacious rooms and nice amenities. Clean, comfortable, and they had a cafe downstairs.

Cons:

Tiny shower towels but not a deal breaker for our stay. The air conditioning was difficult to control and at times, too hot during winter season.

海雲台観光
Pros:

海雲台駅とビーチのちょうど中間でとても便利です

施設や場所に対するコスパは大変高いと思います

日本のコンセントがそのまま挿せる(電圧など注意不要のApple系の充電やヘアアイロンなど)差し口が複数あります

バスタオルはありませんが小さいタオル2枚使用で問題ありません

薄手のパジャマ用ガウンが有ります

シャワー水圧、排水共に良好です

室内は土足ではなく冬場にありがたいオンドルが有ります

お水も十分に配置されていて、アメニティやタオルと共にフロント入り口で自由に補充できました

男性スタッフは丁寧な方でした

Cons:

チェックイン間も無くの22:00ごろトイレを詰まらせてしまい大変でした

しかしトイレットペーパーを便器に流せないとの注意書きはどこにも無いにも関わらず、流してしまったこちらを非難する女性スタッフの対応が酷く閉口するもので、本当に困りました

なんとか道具を借りて、やり方もよく分からないままなんとか自分で直しました

近年の韓国では流せるところの方が多くなってきており、今後はチェックイン時に口頭で注意喚起するもしくは室内になんらかの表記をするなど、こちらのホテルだけではなく韓国の宿泊業全体で対応いただきたいです

そのような表示があれば当然その指示に従っておりましたし、これまで日本と韓国その他海外含めどこかで詰まらせたことなど一度もありませんでした

Pros:

The room was very comfortable, clean and pretty. The stuff is friendly and helpful with whatever you need. The accommodation is perfect for exploring Busan and very close to the beach.

Pros:

有兩間廁所很方便，戶外空間很大可以曬一些衣服，電視很大是新型的，飯店本身也算新，員工也很親切，附近有很多餐廳。

Cons:

最糟的是兩間房間的枕頭上都有好多根長頭髮，感覺是根本沒有換新枕頭套跟床單蠻噁心的...
其次是，洗衣機沒有烘乾功能、泳池要另外收費而且不便宜，隔壁棟大樓在施工有一台超大吊車在天空中感覺不是很安全（我們住頂樓抬頭就看到）

Excellent stay
Pros:

Excellent location, easy access. Comfortable bed, good air conditioning.

Cons:

A shade in the balcony would be welcome. Also, the building next door is under construction which is a bit noisy.

Pros:

飯店位置位在海雲大街旁，鬧中取靜，房間乾淨。一樓櫃檯旁有免費的礦泉水、備品可以自行取用。B1有2部洗衣機、2部烘衣機可以免費使用。

Cons:

1.這次是家庭出遊二週，行前其中一間房間還特別選擇較貴、有洗衣機的房型入住。Check in之後，就先使用套房裡面的洗衣機洗穿過的衣服，洗衣機運轉一會兒，大夥兒才出門逛街，回房時發現地上全部都是水。 家人忘記先反應給櫃檯就先擦拭，後來服務人員上來說需要一兩天的檢修，第二天出門後回來再詢問，他們說是我們沒有關好洗衣機的門（這樣洗衣機應該不能運轉吧？），最後2晚不想逛街回來還要看到房間淹水，也就沒有再使用，覺得花那麼多錢訂套房蠻不划算的！後來就直接去地下室洗衣，但是就要等比較久。
2.要訂房前，看到有些評價提到飯店前面在施工，那時覺得問題好像不大，就預訂了三間房間。但因為我們是自由行，所以出門的時間相對較晚，對面有時候七、八點就開始施工，還是會聽到敲打施工的聲音。（家人們曾經有一天早上5點多到海邊看日出，他們說對面樓下已經有多位進進出出的工人）

Pros:

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were very helpful and polite throughout our visit. The location is excellent—just a five-minute walk to both the metro station and the beach, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Cons:

The only downside was the lack of a wardrobe or any proper place to store clothes. We had to keep everything in our suitcases, which wasn’t very comfortable.

Aside from that, everything else was great.
