Cons:

Kein Ansprechpartner nur Telefonnummer wo niemand erreichbar ist. Musste sogar nachts Polizei anrufen weil wir nicht ins Zimmer kamen alles in allem zum kotzen

Einfache Ausstattung ,mangelt etwas an Kommunikation über wichtige Dinge

Sauberes Zimmer

Cons:

Personal konnte kein Deutsch und sehr schlecht Englisch
Nachts war die Heizung kalt und morgens habe ich gefroren

Pros:

Habitación grande, colchón cómodo, buen baño y muy lindo Leimen, el lugar donde está.

Cons:

La recepción es medio inexistente, parecían no haber preparado la habitación y el personal es muy amable, pero estaba bastante sobrepasado de trabajo.

Fraudsters do not book here!!!! , I booked 2 rooms but when I get there with my small children the staff said there were no rooms available even though I had booked, we had to go to another hotel, booking has sent 3 times notified . The hotel does not respond back so they can keep my 200 € for my booking . Booking should end cooperation with this incompetent hotel!!!!

Ich empfehle diesen Hotel nicht!
Pros:

Hotel war frisch renoviert, sah gut aus.

Cons:

Klobürste war gar nicht dabei, nicht genügend Handtücher (bei meinem Sohn war überhaupt keine Handtücher), keine Teebeutel, Kaffee, Zucker, Milch, also nichts außer Teekanne und Becher. Wozu gibt es Teekanne, wenn kein Kaffee oder Tee dabei war. Bei meine Mama im Zimmer waren dreckige Bettwäsche, die haben nach Schweiß gerochen und waren Krümel im Bett. Überall Staub, alle Spiegeln und Fernseher mit Fingerabdrücke. Kein Rezeption, da musste Mann immer jemanden suchen. Personal hat nur englisch gesprochen, kein Wort deutsch.

Nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Grundausstattung war vorhanden, im Zimmer hatten wir einen Wasserkocher und Tassen stehen, Haarfön, zwei Hand- und Duschtücher, Fernseher. Die Zimmern sind an sich schön.

Cons:

Eine Grundreinigung wäre nötig. Der Wasserhahn im Bad hat gewackelt, Spinnenwebe, aus dem Badfenster hat man die gewaschenen, weißen Spannbetttücher auf der Terrasse auf dem Boden liegen gesehen, wie vom Sturm runtergeweht.

Das Zimmer war recht schön auf den ersten Blick

Cons:

War dreckig,der Spiegelschrank im Bad hatte noch Zahnpasta Spuren von vorherigen Besuchern,unter dem „Schreibtisch“ lagen Chips in der Ecke, der Flur war dreckig und mit spinnenweben,unter der Toilette hing alter Urin, es gab keinen Mülleimer außer den kleinen im Bad, wo noch Müll von vorherigen Besuchern war und es war sehr laut sodass man kaum die Fenster kaum öffnen konnte. Parkplätze waren auch keine vorhanden
