Nothing as such
Location, bathroom facilities (clean and spacious), availability of room service.
Room was not very clean, the bed sheets were stained and the staff was not initially willing to change the sheets when asked to. Later they changed but those sheets were also stained.
Room is small and there was no provisions to hang clothes.
Kitchen opens well after 8.30 am and we had to go for breakfast elsewhere.
They only provided one key card which was somewhat inconvenient for us.
It’s clean
The water connection is not good due to frequent loss of electricity the water flow gets affected.However the hotel staff is very helpful and polite in this issue
The location of the hotel is excellent, right on Grand Trunk Road. The rooms are comfortable. Book an upgraded room as the basic room is a bit small, though comfortable. The service is good. Breakfast, which was included in the fare, was very good. Mr Gagan, at the desk, was very helpful and gave us a travel bucket list.
It was good value for money. There wasn't much to dislike. It is a good budget hotel.

I made a reservation for my parents to stay at Hotel Eastwood in Amritsar on the 12th of July after researching the ratings on various booking sites. However, upon check-in, the staff was impolite and insisted on immediate payment, despite us choosing the option to pay at the hotel. The way they treated my parents was unacceptable. Additionally, the actual rooms were much smaller than they appeared in the pictures, and the service at the restaurant was extremely slow. Overall, our experience was terrible, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am very disappointed with the services offered by this hotel. Also, the breakfast they provided was limited to a couple of paranthas or puris with no buffets available. The restaurant also did not meet our expectations.
