Pros:

The location was amazing, walking distance to amazing restaurants we wanted to visit. The area felt super safe even for solo travelers.

Cons:

There were a couple of issues but the front desk was quick to respond and resolve.

Great location. Kind of a scam on how they address damages. Make sure to thoroughly check the place.

Great location and comfortable beds

Cons:

There was damage to the property that was existing at check in and when I brought it to their attention during my stay they claimed it was my fault but their cleaning crews should have spotted this before. As a result they refused to return my deposit which was also much more than the damage amount.

Cons:

It is in a prime area and near a metro station, so it could be very noisy. The staff assisted by moving my family up to a higher floor to better insulate against the noise.

Facilities and location decent, but be aware of your belongings
Pros:

The location was very convenient and access was also easy. They have someone in the lobby most of the day and somewhere to store your luggage before and after check in/check out. The rooms were quite large and you have all the things you'd need for an extended stay.

Cons:

MAIN REASON FOR SCORE: We are currently investigating a missing cash situation. One person in our party had cash in a side pocket of their backpack, not in clear view, that went missing during our trip. We did an audit of all our spending and came to the conclusion that this occurred around the time when there was cleaning staff that cleaned our room.

Regarding cleaning: We were not made aware there would be cleaners at all. There was no regular schedule shared, nor did they ever show up on another time during our 6 day stay. Cleaning was also inconsistent. It looked like the beds were remade, but the sheets and pillow covers were not actually changed, and some towels were removed and changed while others were not.

One other thing to be aware of is that the walls are kind of thin, so you do hear other residents quite often, although everyone was very mindful of noise and followed noise rules. There was not excessive noise from guests in late night hours. That said, ambient noise from outside the residence was another story. You're in a VERY central area and there is also a major transit hub nearby, so you'll hear car noise and general noise from people just out and about. Highly recommend bringing earplugs.

Cons:

The street is very dirty. The neighbourhood is nice but it's not the best location. No cleaning the full week, the elevator didn't work properly... Very noisy. In general disappointing.

Loved Mexico City and will be back. We felt safe and the people were so friendly.
Pros:

Good location with good sized bedrooms. Long couch with big tv. Close to convenience shops, restaurants and bars. 3 min walk to the metro.
Having the entrance code was much better than keys as there were 4 of us. Always staffed at reception. There was a small capsule style nespresso coffee machine at reception.

Cons:

There was no kettle and the sound proofing wasn't the best. Mexico City is noisy from early morning but worth it!

Great place for a family or group close to everything in Roma Norte
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable beds, individual room A/C, washer/dryer in unit was a nice bonus, steps away from the metro and just a few blocks to some great cafes and restaurants

Cons:

If you're a very light sleeper or need 100% quiet, you may find the normal city noises - sirens, car horns, etc., a little bothersome, but I think it's unavoidable if you want to be staying somewhere so central, and personally I didn't have any problems sleeping.
