Amazing - Not a single fault, Truly wonderful staff!
Pros:

Fantastic location, amazing staff, free sea world tickets, and on site dolphins you can swim with. The rooms were modern, clean, and all facing towards the sea. Staff were stunningly helpful, charming, and despite the language barrier made every effort to make us feel comfortable and welcome. I can't fault this hotel in any way, and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Kobe. I'd actively book to come back to Kobe just to stay here again.

Cons:

The walk from the train station might have been a bit far if we had a heavy bag, but it's all clearly marked as it's the main route to sea world, and there were staff at all crossings directing traffic (despite it being off season and very quiet).

ホテルはとても気に入りました。特にデザインや雰囲気が素晴らしく、カメラでたくさん写真を撮りました。写真は後ほどGoogleレビューにも投稿したいと思います。

全体的にとてもよく考えられた空間で、快適に過ごすための設備が整っており、リラックスして滞在することができました。

また、チェックインを担当してくださった笠谷さんの対応がとても丁寧で親切でした。レストランのスタッフの皆さんも明るくフレンドリーで、いつも快く対応してくださり、とても気持ちよく過ごすことができました。またぜひ利用したいと思います。

電話で対応してくれた女性スタッフとのやり取りは、あまり丁寧ではない印象でした。

ロケーションが凄く良いです。
イルカと泳げるのもとても良かったです。
須磨シーワールドに宿泊者専用ゲートでスムーズに入れてとても良かったです。

Cons:

大浴場があったらもっと良かったなと思います。
チェックアウトを11:00にしてほしいと思います。
