I had an exceptional stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it enough! The view was absolutely stunning, and every morning felt like waking up in a postcard. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety and fresh options. The room was beautifully furnished with the latest technology, making it both comfortable and convenient.
One highlight was the chef’s incredible cooking — you truly don’t need to leave the hotel to enjoy fantastic meals. It’s also perfect if you prefer to avoid crowds and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.
The front office staff were outstanding — attentive, friendly, and quick to help with any request. Special thanks to the reception manager, who made us feel so welcome! They also organized taxis for our excursions, ensuring everything ran smoothly and stress-free.
This hotel exceeded all expectations — I’m already looking forward to coming back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!
There was a blackout and water problem but both were fixed swiftly. The staff assisted very rapidly
It is next to the forest park, very close to the central gate which has almost no group so the entry is very fast. Camp location is hidden in the mountain, very peaceful, we flied drone from the camp, great view. Room is very comfortable, butler Mr. Wang is very warm and helpful, he is always trying his best to facilitate every guest. We booked 2 nights but at the end we spent 4 nights.
The setting and property is unique and unmatched. You won’t find a better view or location than this - adding to a luxury experience. All the wonderful sightseeing you can do is obviously popular and differentiate your experience I couldn’t recommend BZIKA more.
They were also very helpful throughout my stay - accommodating all my travels to various sites.
There’s nothing I didn’t like.
Great location next to the national park, but you can even see Tianmenshan far away from the terrace. Monica and Mr. Wang are extremely helpful. They have nice breakfast and dinner. The tents are well-equipped, bed is very comfortable.
The only problem is that the last couple of hundred meters of the road are not paved and you need a transportation down to the intersection every time. However, this is independent of the owners.
Peaceful, great services and welcoming
The property is located in a unique, idyllic location. We are surrounded by lush mountains and farms. The tent is extremely cosy, well-designed and comfortable (it even comes with a yoga mat, comfy foldable camping chairs, heated blankets, quality bathrobe and slippers). Most importantly, the extremely kind staff went out of their way to help us with all our big and small requests. Dinner at the property was something we really looked forward to every night after a big day out to the national park. Each dish was super delicious, of big portion and made with organic vegetables harvested in their own farm on the property. So pleased we had chosen to stay here on our very first trip to Zhangjiajie!
Must to stay this very nice place in Zhangjiajie which has very large GranCamping with 5 star hotel facilities, very comfortable bed with very amazing views ,the host Mr Pui with family are very welcome for everyone , arranged car to pick up & drop off to anywhere you wanna go, Staff Xiao Wong is good services to help for anything in everywhere…. That’s a perfectly stay I never have before!
We had an excellent experience! The rooms were comfortable, the environment was clean and well-sanitized, and the staff were very welcoming and considerate to us. Additionally, they offered a variety of entertaining activities, enriching our trip and making it even more enjoyable. It's the perfect place to escape the hustle and reconnect with nature's beauty. Definitely recommend it!
