Luci ed ombre : Una notte e’ sufficiente!

La posizione interna al parco la rende un punto di partenza privilegiato, soprattutto in alta stagione

Cons:

Molto basica. La nostra stanza era molto molto umida. Impossibile dormirci più di una notte.
Bisogna poi considerare la totale immersione nel contesto naturale in cui è inserita. Trovarci qualche insetto più o meno grande è garantito. La pulizia è approssimativa. D’altro canto il proprietario e’ una brava persona e, a suo modo accogliente. L’area del sunset e ‘ spettacolare !

Soggiorno Wild max 1 notte di passaggio.
Pros:

Posizione perfetta per essere pronti a visitare il parco la mattina presto evitando file. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo sul servizio di cena e colazione .

Cons:

Purtroppo la cosa peggiore è che abbiamo soggiornato nella camere posteriori che sono risultate molto umide, piene di insetti ( zanzare e ragni ) ma soprattutto poco pulite alla pari della sala ristorante dove abbiamo cenato. Le foto che mette in evidenza la struttura sono evidentemente ritoccate.
Il servizio di trasporto valigie è solo mattutino, se arrivi dopo le 15 occorre lasciare le valigie larghe in un negozio in paese in quanto non trasportabili nei pullman e funivia per arrivare alla struttura.

In mezzo alla natura
Pros:

Posizione dentro il parco eccezionale, il proprietario Frank meraviglioso vi dirà quali giri fare in base al tempo che avete e per farvi trovare meno ressa possibile.
Ristorante delizioso, prezzi altini ma in linea con le proposte all'interno del parco.

Cons:

La struttura è molto diversa dalle foto, decisamente più decadente.

Zhangjajie stay inside the park
Pros:

The service of the staf is 10 out of 10. Having the opportunity to be in the park already gives you the possibility to avoid the huge queues and you can visit the full park in 2 days. On request your luggage is transported to an hotel in the village so you can benefit a full day in the park.

Pros:

Posto incredibile. Dormire dentro il parco vale assolutamente la pena, è un’esperienza unica: arrivato il gestore ci ha subito indicato un sentiero privato in cui in 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge una piccola area con vista sulle montagne per poter vedere il tramonto, da soli, il parco chiude per tutti i visitatori che non dormono dentro pertanto è un’esperienza unica. Consigliato assolutamente.

La struttura ha un potenziale altissimo: si trova nel cuore del parco e offre una splendida vista sulle coltivazioni di tè. Il personale è gentilissimo e ci ha aiutato a organizzare la visita del parco.
Abbiamo cenato una sera nel ristorante della struttura e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti: la cucina era davvero buona (forse un po' più cara rispetto agli standard cinesi, ma considerando la posizione e il contesto è comprensibile).

Cons:

Purtroppo la struttura è piuttosto datata e avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. È necessario avere un buon livello di adattabilità, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il comfort. Anche la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare e rappresenta un aspetto da migliorare.

Ничего, так как заселиться в отель так и не получилось.

Клиентоориентированность на нуле. За все наше путешествие по великолепному Китаю, это первый случай такой халатности и полного безразличия. Нам было отказано в трансфере из аэропорта, по причине отсутствия ватсапа. На емаил отвечали раз в 10 часов. В итоге ни заехать в парк, ни заселиться в этот отель не вышло исключительно по вине отеля.

Perfecto para recorrer el parque

Una experiencia inolvidable dentro del parque. La ubicación es un auténtico privilegio, pero lo mejor de todo fue la atención de Frank. Nos guió de forma brillante por el parque nacional de Zhangjiajie, optimizando las rutas y haciéndonos descubrir rincones mágicos. El hotel es comodísimo y lleno de encanto.

Amazing national Park
Pros:

The scenery is stunning, a once in a lifetime experience. Plenty of buses run from one end of the park to the other. Buy the inclusive ticket. The cable car and elevator cost extra on their own, and the inclusive ticket covers unlimited rides. Avoid peak season if you have the option. The park gets extremely crowded, and large tour groups mean long waits. Pick your timing well and make the most of it.

Cons:

Signage is quite poor understanding a lot of babies in Chinese but even if you got the translation app you can get lost quite easily so that can be improved

A perfect location in the national park with excellent food
Pros:

The accommodation is situated right in the heart of the national park. The journey from Zhangjiajie railway station to the hotel takes about 1.5 hours. However, you’ll be provided with very helpful videos showing you how to find the hotel. There’s also a taxi service you can book. The staff are very helpful, happy to answer any questions you may have, and will assist you in planning your itinerary. You can have breakfast and dinner at the hotel. We definitely enjoyed the best meals of our entire trip to China here!

Cons:

Nevertheless, we would have liked the room and bathroom to have been a bit cleaner. Given the relatively high price, we unfortunately felt that the value for money wasn’t quite right. With a little more attention paid to cleanliness, the accommodation could significantly improve the guest experience.

Staying in the national park itself is such a special experience, we felt really immersed in the park. It gives you the opportunity to get to parts of the park before and after the crowds. The tea farm is stunning, and the accomodation is simple but everything you need for a short stay. The beds were comfortable and very fresh linen. The staff are lovely and very welcoming. They send very helpful instructions beforehand, booked our tickets, and gave us suggested routes to take in the park. The my also gave us free tea grown from the farm which was delicious! The food is super tasty, we ate breakfast and dinner here; reasonably priced and prepared very quickly (which is great - as you’re hungry after a day of hiking!). The staff (thanks Frank!) also took us to the sunset spot and it was incredible, a real highlight. We met other travellers here and it was really nice to sit outside looking over the tea fields chatting with them. As others have mentioned, the bathrooms in the rooms are a bit more rustic, however they have flushing toilets and warm water; so all good - it’s important to appreciate you’re on a farm in the middle of the national park so facilities are a bit more rustic than in a city. We are really glad we stayed here, and definitely recommend to others as a unique experience. Ps bring bug spray and it can get cool in the evening even in summer.
