STAY HERE!
Pros:

We loved the spa most of all. The receptionist and massage therapist were excellent, facility lovely and comfy, and value excellent. The pool and bar were fantastic, too. Our rooms were great, too.

Cons:

Can’t think of a thing that could’ve been better.

Welcoming staff and well appointed large rooms.
Pros:

The rooftop pool was very nice but only usable early in the morning and in the evening. Lovely decor and gardens.

Cons:

The breakfast was a good amount of food for the price but doesn’t rate against breakfast buffets in larger hotels. Barista coffee included in the standard deal would be a good inclusion.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat die perfekte Lage für die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurant im Stadtzentrum von Siem Reap und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig und stylisch eingerichtet.
Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
Das Personal ist ausserordentlich freundlich.
Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir fünf Nächte geblieben sind.

Absolut nichts.

Excellent place !
Pros:

This was the best hotel ( out of 7 ) that I stayed in during my trip to SE Asia. The room has very large. The roof top pool was also very large with the sun on it all day, so the water was not freezing cold. There was always an available lounger. It was great that there was a small restaurant and bar by the pool that was open until the time the pool closed ( 10:00 p.m. I seem to recall ) The morning breakfast also had plenty of choices.
But the best part were the staff. They were so so nice and kind...especially the girl that worked at the upstairs pool bar and restaurant. A fantastic person !

Cons:

I have nothing negative to say at all. I want to return to Siem Reap just so I can again enjoy this fantastic hotel !

Great comfortable stay, very clean and great central location.
Pros:

Great understated boutique hotel with minimalist design. Good location in city center yet quiet and peaceful.

5 star stay
Pros:

I loved it all. The staff were incredible. Really chilled atmosphere. The room was excellent. Sun facing balcony was really nice to have. Plenty of sun loungers on the roof pool and excellent service up there too.
The cat bau bau that lounged around everyday was by far the healtiest looking cat I've come across in Asia. He was a cutie.

Cons:

I stayed for 6 nights and the breakfast options got a little boring after a couple of days.
After an initial mix up with my room, I was moved and although it wasn't the best start, the staff dealt with it promptly and to my complete satisfaction

Pros:

Excellent well-maintained property near (approx. 7 minutes' walk) pub street, Riverside night market and old market. Large rooms, well appointed. Staff members were very polite, helpful, informative and always had a smiling face. A very well located and friendly hotel.

Cons:

Amenities and supplies are too basic. Could have been better. In our room, the WC was completely separate from the toilet. A single unit of toilet and WC would have been more convenient.

Feels Like Home
Pros:

What can I say? It Just feels Like Home. Spacious & beautiful rooms, great water pressure, 2 Pools (one Infinity, one quiet Pool in the Shadow).
The staff extremely Kind & Helpful, Happy hour every day at the Sky Bar.
You can reach Watbo or Pub street in a 5 minutes Walk.
I don't Know where to Stop, our stay was Just perfect as usual!

とても部屋がおしゃれで、広くて綺麗でした！日本人としてはバスタブもあるのが嬉しかったです。パブストリートなどの街に近い場所で宿泊したい方にはおすすめです。
シェムリアップは12月でも暑いので、午前中観光して昼にホテルで一休み、というスケジュールを立てやすい立地＆快適に寛げる部屋のホテルを選んで大正解だったと思います。

Cons:

特にありません。強いて言うなら、値段がエリアの中では高めかもしれませんが、その分クオリティがしっかりしていて納得感がありました。
