The Coolest Aparthotel in Center

SCAM! do not book this property.
As per the check in instructions you are meant to text the property on whatsapp to get your check in instructions. When i did this i recieved a text back saying that it was a wrong number (it was the number on file on expedia) I then couldn’t get hold of the property through any other channel, which meant i was stranded in hanoi at 2am on my own as a female solo traveller.

This property is a scam and fake.
After I booked a non refundable reservation for 6 nights over NYE I tried contacting the host to arrange my check in and entry as per the check in instructions I received.
I sent 6 messages, 4 the day before check in, and 2 on the day of check in. I also sent emails.
I called numerous times. Once a woman picked up and told me to email.
In the end I was left stranded on the side of the road for 6 hours about 30 mins from the old quarter while Expedia tried to contact her. The address listed is incorrect. Finally, at 10 pm Expedia told me I could go to another hotel that I had to find myself.
The absolute worst experience of my life. Been travelling for over 6 months in Asia and this was the worst. The support from Expedia was full of vague empty promises.
Let this be your warning. Do not book here and check that the same pictures do not show up on other listings.

Do not book, this listing is a scam! We tried to contact the Aparthotel to arrange how to check in etc but had no response from messages sent through hotels.com/whatsapp and there was no answer when we tried calling either. We ended up having to book alternative accommodation elsewhere on Christmas Eve with young children!

The stay stsrted off beyond horrible. The address on the Hotels site is incorrect. We only found that out when we were in the thick of Hanoi rush hour traffic. The staff who messaged me about checking in while I was frantically trying to get the correcr address didn't even know the address advertised was incorrect. That oversight added a whole hour of being stuck in the Hanoi rush hour. To make things worse, the name of the hotel DID NOT match the place I booked. It appears like switch and bait to me. Thr room was above a cafe, no reception and cafe staff chrked us in. No wifi or hot watet What an unfortunate memory of our first introduction to Vietnam.

Do not book here. We booked, made payment, and tried to contact the host. All forms of messaging were unresponded to. We arrived at the address and it was a vacant building. Extremely frustrated that this property is even listed and that it is allowed to remain on the website.

It's A SCAM.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment . Giao gave us a warm welcome and smooth check in when we arrived hotel at late night. What a fantastic vibes! the food and drink were good. I will introduce my family to stay here next time when they visit Hanoi city.

Nice stay and good location.

We had a delightful stay at this place! Firstly, it was a stunning space with thoughtful aesthetic details. The place was also very well-equipped. One of our favorite aspects was the location—it was conveniently close to the city center, just a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive, and the neighborhood was very peaceful. We received many recommendations for restaurants, cafes, and shopping centers, which were incredibly useful for our trip. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful accommodation!
