温泉は、ぬるぬる感が良かったです。食事も朝夕大変満足でした。スタッフさんも笑顔で、接していただき気持ち良く過ごせました。ただ、朝食時にテーブルに調味料が有ればなお良かったです。また機会が有れば利用されて頂きます。お世話になりました。

Pros:

ホームページの写真がきれいで、リニューアルもされたということで、期待していたのですが、お部屋は旅館という感じで、少し古さがありました。
でも、スタッフさんの応対や、食事にはとても満足しました。

貸し切り風呂のお湯が出ないまま、その場で約40分経っていました💦
利用前にスタッフさんによるメンテナンスや状態確認があれば嬉しかったです！
