A highly recommended choice for a hotel with a central location in the city.
Pros:

A simple but professionally run hotel, very clean, great amenities, and a very friendly staff.

Good service is evident when problems arise, and Sarita was superb. Our room was above the kitchen, and at the time, the ventilation was very loud, but more importantly, there was an unpleasant humming noise. The kitchen closes at 10:00 PM, which wouldn't have been a problem in itself, but it reopens at 6:00 AM. Our request to change rooms was accommodated with great effort, and I was even able to view the rooms beforehand. I hadn't expected such friendliness and understanding. As a result, we had a good and quiet night.

It has complete facilities, elevator for elderly, ramps, in house restaurant and cafe, airport shuttle. The location was really good only a few blocks away from Laoag Cathedral and the supermarkets. They served good breakfast. The staff were super accommodating and patient.

Cons:

The beds were a bit too firm for me. There was a leak in the bath sink and beds did not come with a comforter. But they provided us with extra blankets upon request.
