Worst Everything
It is good location near to beach
The rooms were very low grade, no noise insulation as other room's chaos was heard in our room. Otherwise location of cottage is very good.
Staff behaviour was very rude and they took our vehicle key without our permission and misplaced the helmet last day asking for fine of 500rs .
During our 3 days stays no cleaning and maintenance staff came .
Ac was not working outdoor unit of ac was burnt and was struggling to cool down the room.upon complaining told us Ac will work
No water bootle as complementary during checking and bootle gave was chargebale
Staff behaviour was rude and they are theif
Property manager was not friendly and simply don't have control on his staff
Direct view to the beach,
It's very good property we enjoyed there have beach view and good staff near baga beach have beach party and near party pub
The property is very close to the seashore. Staff is very helpful. Check in process led smoothly by Mr. Rehan. Regular cleanliness maintenance by Mr. Masood and Mr. Miraaz. Mr. Aashiq was given the charge of another property, still he assisted us as well. We are very thankful to them and appreciate their prompt management. During the stay, Mr. Rehan personally took care of our needs and ensured that our stay was comfortable and convenient.
New , cleaner room was allocated to us when we were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the initial room allocated to us.
Lack of cleanliness of the first allocated room when we arrived. Some armchairs provided to us were broken. Hot water not working.
Location is great, Very much near to Baga Beach
Room Size is enough for 2 people
Room service was not provided even with 2 days stay.
Towels were not provided even after requested multiple times.
I found staff to be quite lazy to work.
Security gaurd is not available with this cottage, That questions safety.

Intercom is not working, and no restaurant bar in the resort
The place is perfect. You can literally view the sea from the veranda. The staff is sweet. The boys working there take care of all you needs , will do rounds even late at night for safety. There was a group of people living beside us who had too many drinks , they were helpful to them even after duty hrs. Really hardworking polite guys. They even made our 2 cats comfortable. Must visit ❤
