Pros:

The receptionist Gabby is outstanding, very helpful and resourceful she took the time to address my needs during my stay that were time sensitive. She speaks English perfectly and is an asset to the hotel. I wish there were more people like her in the world!

I have stayed here in the past with different management and was extremely happy. This trip however was different. When we arrived they said we didn't have a reservation. I had to find it on my phone and prove it. Although there was hardly any rooms rented, they gave us an upstairs room. They took my heavy suitcase to the top of the stairs, but not to the room. Breakfast was included but nor very good. Water was off twice during our stay of 3 nights. Shower head in our room seemed clogged ot defective.The room was very clean however.

Owned by Chinese company who didn’t speak English. The rooms are super basic but clean no air condition. Breakfast was very good but basic. They had a Chinese restaurant that the owner did speak English or Spanish. You had to point to pictures. The pool was very nice and the people were nice

Fue un lugar muuuuuy tranquilo y cálido. Las macas están muy acogedoras. El desayuno muy completo. Si me volvería a quedar cuando regrese a Costa Rica.
