Pros:

Ottimo qualità prezzo.. Siamo stati contenti di trovare una camera per due notti a quel prezzo considerando il periodo (settimana di Ferragosto). Tutto perfetto, molto pulito e letto molto comodo.

Bello ma non balla
Pros:

Ottima l'assistenza da parte dell'Host ( nella persona della signora Anna che non possiamo far altro che ringraziarla e tenerla in considerazione per altre proposte) sempre presente e puntuale soprattutto nei momenti di disagio di cui sotto, seppure non dipendenti dalla sua volontà. Camera funzionale e ottima x 2 persone con bagno e doccia praticamente nuovi.

Cons:

Assenza totale dei servizi proposti in affidamento alla struttura. Reception e salottino d'attesa al buio e senza personale. Bar chiuso. Rientrati in albergo per l'orario della cena abbiamo trovato il ristorante chiuso pur avendo avuto assicurazione che lo stesso era regolarmente in funzione (ad eccezione della pizzeria): A LETTO SENZA CENA!!.
La mattina successiva impossibilitati di fare colazione perché il bar era sempre chiuso e non esistono neppure macchinette self-service per ogni necessità.
Dopo l'intervento dell'Host al nostro ritorno abbiamo trovato migliorata la situazione generale. Luci accese e bar aperto, come pure il ristorante dove veniva servito solamente un menù fisso ( Passata di verdure ed involtini con speck e formaggio) al costo di 30 Euro oltre bevande.
Sicuramente in inverno sarà tutto perfetto ma, allora, perché aprire nella stagione estiva?.
P.S.: Piscina inesistente e solarium .. alle erbe.

A lovely Christmas Eve
Pros:

Staff is friendly even during a Christmas Eve blizzard with lots of pandemonium! The hotel is conveniently located near the lifts and ski school. It is not quite ski in / ski out, but it is close. The rate on my room was very competitive and is the reason I reserved on a whim. The host is very communicative and available providing details on how to check in and out (pay attention, it is a bit tricky if you don't!).

Cons:

The water was sufficiently warm, and the pressure was good on the detachable handle, but there is a fairly small water tank. I would advise using the rain style shower head for anything longer than a few minutes and certainly do not use the handheld head while warming up the water in the line.
