Mancanza di elettrodomestici primari come aspirapolvere, peccato per il lavamani e carta igienica che non c'erano. Ma questi puoi comprarli nel minimarket di fronte all'appartamento

Ho prenotato la camera matrimoniale con soppalco in vetro, molto bella e luminosa.
All'arrivo mi è stata assegnata un'alta camera, più piccola e per niente luminosa. Ho contattato il gestore e mi ha detto che sono tutte uguali ma questo non è assolutamente vero. Quella prenotata era più grande e molto più bella. Poi la cornetta della doccia era rotta, ho chiamato alle 9 e mi è stato detto che avrebbero subito provveduto... Sono venuti alle 18.30!! Tavoletta del wc con cardine rotto. Insomma, non posso consigliarlo a nessuno mi spiace.

Pulizia, bagno senza chiusini pertanto usciva puzza di fogna, doccia intasata.
Non adatto ai bambini piccoli perché le balaustre non sono sicure, troppi spazi in cui i bambini potrebbero infilarsi e cadere dall' alto.

El colchón deben cambiarlo,esta totalmente vencido.
La ducha tiene problemas ,hay que bañarse con el duchador de mano,y el agua caliente no sale,el boton del inodoro se traba,no proveen de artículos de tocador .
El acceso es muy sucio y desprolijo , una lastima , el patio sería hermoso.
Ell ascensor muy sucio.
La iluminación del loft es deficiente.
No ofrecieron cambio de toallas en 4 días

Letto molto scomodo e lo abbiamo trovato sporco (come se non fosse stato cambiato). Anche la stanza non era pulita. Lo abbiamo segnalato e, il giorno dopo, è stata sistemata però abbiamo dovuto passare la prima notte nello sporco. L'alloggio andrebbe trovato pulito all'arrivo e non se il cliente segnala l'inconveniente. Altro problema era l'acqua calda. Acqua ghiacciata o bollente, la via di mezzo non esiste. Se chiudi l'acqua è finita e non esce più calda per tentare di lavarsi. Segnalato più volte, controllato (a detta del gestore) ma mai risolto, risultato? Ci siamo beccati l'influenza e io ho dovuto passare gli ultimi 3 giorni in camera con la febbre. Mi sarei aspettato un rimborso o delle scuse ma niente. Per quanto ci riguarda non torneremo di certo in quella struttura.

Cozinha muito mal equipada (louça e electrodomésticos). Estado de conservação.

Where to begin… When we first got the room the freezer and fridge had mould in it, the shower was dirty and still had hair in it from the previous guest, and the pillows had several hairs and a layer of dust on them. There was also only one already used toilet paper roll left in the bathroom, as well as toilet paper in the toilet that hadn’t been flushed by whoever used it before us. Once we let the owner know he sent a cleaner to take care of things. We also got woken up at 9am by incredibly loud banging. We discovered the owner was knocking down the wall opposite our room. There were men doing that for over 3 hours and we received no information or notice that this would happen. On NYE we were once again woken up at 9am by music blasting from huge speakers in the living space right outside our room. The owner was there with a few people and only when I walked out of the room to see what was happening did he lower the volume. As we’d gotten a bug and weren’t feeling too well we went back to sleep only to be woken up at 12 by a random man banging on the door for 20+ minutes. He said he’d forgotten the keys and let himself in. The rest of the day and night the whole flat was flooded by the owner, friends and family of the owner and complete strangers. Once again, we didn’t receive any warning that this would be happening, and we felt quite unsafe as there was only one tiny door lock “protecting” all our belongings. The heating also randomly stopped working halfway through our stay, after 3 days of working perfectly. There were people who were buzzing the flat to be let in all the time during our stay, and the latest this happened was at 1am. To our knowledge, beyond maybe the first day or two of our stay, we were the only actual guests in the property. It seems the property was used more as a location for family & friends to enjoy, with little regard for paying guests.
