Pros:

Quiet location, apartment has everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. Easy access.

Cons:

The bed is quite old, so every time you turn it makes a noise that wakes you up. (Due to the fact that the bed is old)
A hot water limit, isn't a great thing if you come as a family or even as a couple, we ran out of hot water twice during our stay.
