I had a great stay staff at front desk was very helpful. The sushi bar staff was more than helpful

Panamá surpreendeu e o hotel é otimo e bem localizado
Pros:

Quarto otimo, super espaçoso e confortável

Cons:

Buffet de café da manhã é ótimo, porém o espaço fica muito cheio, com muito ruído, poderia dividir o café em todos os restaurantes e não deixar concentrado somente em um deles, ficaria mais confortável

Heerlijk comfortabel hotel met uitstekend ontbijtbuffet
Pros:

Fantastisch uitzicht over de stad vanuit 29e etage. Comfortabele en ruime kamer. Ontbijtbuffet was zeer uitgebreid en compleet. Met Uber hadden we steeds binnen 5 minuten transport naar andere delen van de stad en omgeving.

Cons:

Een keer waren onze handdoeken meegenomen en niet vervangen. Na een telefoontje wel direct gecorrigeerd. Wachttijd voor de liften is vaak lang. Eigenlijk onvoldoende liften voor de grootte van het hotel.

Very nice hotel !
Pros:

I always enjoy my stay at the Riu Plaza. The staff are pleasant, the hotel and rooms are clean. I hope to return soon. Very good hotel!

Cons:

I didn't get to enjoy breakfast any morning because I had early excursions and I was told that i wasn't allowed to carry/take food from the breakfast area. I suggest starting breakfast at an earlier time to accomodate those who may have to leave out earlier than others. Or atleast allow a takeaway plate. There are not enough umbrellas or shaded areas at the pool.

EXCEPCIONAL HOTEL, SIN DUDA VOLVERIA
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, las habitaciones grandes, confortables, excelente WIFI, y aire acondicionado. Personal muy amable. Sanitarios excelentes y el desayuno INSUPERABLE.
Check in y out muy rápidos.

Pros:

Spacious, comfortable room. Big lobby with comfortable space to wait for rides.

Cons:

Housekeeping forgot to clean my bathroom one day - didn't pick dirty towels, they totally forgot but bed was made. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise - plenty of options from breakfast to lunch items, however, quality was very average. The service in the breakfast area needs improvement. There aren't sufficient staff serving water or coffee. At times had to chase staff down to get water, not to mention coffee. Not enough clean tables to sit. Dirty dishes weren't removed timely. Funny, our last day, we were asked to fill out a survey form and then they couldn't wait for us to have a drink of water or sip coffee and they were on top of us filling things back up. It's like they knew we were rating them.
