Um excelente custo benificio.
Pros:

As instalações estão muito bem conservadas e mantidas em perfeito estado. A equipe do hotel nos tratou com toda gentileza e prestou um atendimento de excelência.

Cons:

Dada a quantidade de hospede o café da manhã nos horários de pico tinha algumas filas.

overall its a good hotel for people visiting for work, meeting and ect, hotel is very safe
Pros:

break fast was great with a lot of options, delicious no doubt about it, room is spacious with a nice view, very comfortable bed, AC was good, from that prespective its 10/10

Cons:

communication was a bit of an issue, laundry service, promised timing of delivery and for a moment i thought my stuff were lost
went to the saloon kept me waiting for a literally 1 hour, and when i asked simply they said ( she/he ) on break !!!and wasted my time

Pros:

Buena ubicación, desayuno excelente, personal muy atento y amable.
Camas un poco pequeñas, y almohadas no tan confortables.
Mucha gente en la piscina en la tarde y la cierran temprano, pero esto son solo 2 pequeños detalles, y en terminos generales, todo estuvo excelente.
Cabe destacar que RIU nunca defrauda con sus formidables desayunos fuera de este mundo

Cons:

Room didn’t have working Internet on the Room, had to go down twice to just get a new room if You’re staying one Night anyway. Staff tries to be nice but is lazy obviously.

Pros:

A wide variety of food was made available for breakfast, it was amazing.

Cons:

The TV in the room I stayed in didn’t have access to Netflix or other streaming services and lacked connection to the internet so entertainment in the room was limited.

Fantastic stay with great staff, food, and location
Pros:

The hotel features a wonderfully polite and attentive staff. It is conveniently situated in a central area, right in the heart of Panama City. The breakfast included with the stay was excellent. Furthermore, the amenities and the in-house restaurant were of very high quality, and I would certainly recommend giving them a try. I would gladly return in the future.

Cons:

I would have appreciated a more thorough explanation during check-in regarding how the elevator operates, as well as how to activate the room lights using the key card. At first, I thought the issue might have been my own misunderstanding, but I later noticed that another family staying at the hotel experienced similar difficulties in reaching their floor with the elevator. While this may seem like a minor detail, a more in-depth explanation upon arrival would be incredibly helpful for guests.
