A gem in Stockport! Perfect!

Lovely rooms in a good location near to central Stockport.
Pros:

Very nice rooms in an historic building. Hosts were helpful and pleasant.

Wifi was quite poor in many places in the rooms.

Pros:

Staff is really nice. It is part of a typical English pub. You won't hear the noise and the entrance is through the courtyard. It gives you the opportunity to eat and drink with the locals in Stockport

Cons:

Luckily it isn't hot in the Stockport that often, but when I was there is was extreem (30 plus). which nice for sitting in th garden, but it made the airco-less room very hot. (cold beers helped the cooling down :-))

Handy stay near Manchester
Pros:

We stayed for one night at the Red Bull, the staff were very helpful and informative, giving us clear details of everything we could possibly need for our stay. The room was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. It's only a short journey into Manchester, we got a taxi and it was very reasonable.

Cons:

The room was quite warm so could maybe use a fan. It was very hot when we stayed over so I wouldn't blame the Red Bull for any discomfort, I blame Global Warming.

Best weekend away for years.
Pros:

5min walk to town centre, hotel and staff were superb Breakfast not included but cafe 1min away.

Cons:

Could not be any better.

Beautiful rooms is a nice pub with super comfortable beds and lovely staff!
Pros:

The rooms are very well presented with really nice styling, the beds are big and very comfortable and the bathroom was fully fitted with nice showers. The tea and coffee with the little extras was a nice touch, we've never seen oat milk in little pyramids before, you normally see UHT milk so this was a big bonus for us especially as we normally use oat milk. The staff are also super friendly and helpful, a big thank you to Emma the landlady!

Superb
Pros:

Room was very comfortable, bed was superb, lots of tea/coffee etc. I was made to feel welcome when I arrived, and felt nothing was to much trouble. Highly recommended

The property was very nice , was spotless clean, the staff were lovely people, I’d have no issues with staying there again

Great stay, have recommended it to friends and family
Pros:

The location was great and check in was easy. The room and the bed was very comfortable with all the amenities I needed. The oatly milk sachets were very appreciated and the pain au chocolats were a nice touch. I really liked the Neat toiletries, there were plenty of big towels, glassware and a TV which you could sign in to Netflix etc on.

Cons:

The only thing I'd add would be that because of the hot weather it would have been lovely to have a sheet as well as a duvet so I could sleep without the duvet in the heat.

Excellent spot for Manchester Airport
