旧市街の便利な場所にある。トラム停留所に近い。バスタブのある部屋に無料アップグレードしてくれた。朝食バイキングのスタッフが多く、食事中も空いた皿をにこやかに下げてくれる。
フロントに充電用プラグを貸して、と頼んだら向かいのコンビニで売ってますと言われた。数百円で買えたが荷物が増えるのでホテルのを貸してほしかった。
Everything was more than expecting, staff are very professional, friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing, staff all the time are looking after the guests. I was really so happy, impressed, enjoyed and I feel home.Also the location in the middle of downtown and so close to Grand Bazaar which is I like it so much

The hotel is cozy, small, clean however it’s old/overused and renovation will give it more value..

I had an amazing stay. The rooms are beautifull with comfy beds and clean. The location is great and close to everything that will make your stay complete (historical places, metro, shops, restaurants etc.). However, the restaurant and food (lots of choice and fresh) in the hotel were fantastic as well! Staffs are very friendly, attentive and always ready to help with everything. I'm sure everybody will enjoy their stay here!
