Wonderful stay in paradise !

place itself is lovely. Hosts are delightful people. Breakfast was wonderful

very little in the area. no restaurants, stores, parks etc. No comfortable place to read.

Pros:

I cannot wait to come back! The place was absolute paradise and Randy and Jill are amazing hosts. It was lovely getting to watch the sunset every night from my balcony and to spend my days swimming/walking on the beach up to Chelem/Progresso area (but avoiding the crowds and touristy areas when I didnt feel like it). I have never felt so relaxed and so taken care of! Thank you!

Gran ubicación, área muy tranquila. Excelente lugar para relajarse.
Pros:

Ubicación. Area de playa privada. Equipo para realizar actividades como paddle-boarding y kayak.

Cons:

Falta de toallas para uso en la playa o alberca. Tampoco tiene vasos o utensilios básicos.

Pros:

For this being my first time visiting the Yucatán area, I am so grateful I choose such a comfortable & welcoming environment. We got in late into the evening and Randy was ready to greet us. He was so informative about the area and so helpful in so many ways. I would highly recommend staying with them in their exceptional accommodations.

Cons:

My sister, mother and I have absolutely no complaints, everything was wonderful.

esta justo dando a la playa

Cons:

la persona no habla español, no puede dar factura, imposible comunicarse con la persona, el baño olia feo y las toallas estaban viejas, ni una toalla para estar en la playa nos ofrecieron. Es su casa, no es un hotel y no sabe atender a huespedes. La alberca no invita a meterse

Haben die Ruhe direkt am Strand genossen! Aber nochmals würden wir diese Unterkunft nicht buchen.
Pros:

Direkt am Strand. Unser Zimmer im OG, mit Balkon und schöner Aussicht.
In den 3 Tagen waren Max. 3 Zimmer belegt.
Wir hatten links und rechts hunderte Meter keine Menschen am Strand. Himmlische Ruhe.
Der mit Häusern bis an Strand bebaute Bereich geht über mehrere Kilometer. Vermutlich Ferienhäuser Wohlhabender der Region, Merida…. Die erste Häuserreihe am Meer war zu unserer Zeit zu 99% nicht bewohnt.
Stand-Up- Paddl und Kajak für alle nutzbar.

Cons:

Diese Unterkunft ist leider absolut runtergewirtschaftet.
Die Bilder bei Booking müssen uralt sein, absolut indiskutabel!!!
Leider sind wir in diese Falle getappt.
Der Besitzer scheint Amerikaner zu sein. Ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aber für Renovierung und Sauberkeit hat er wohl wenig Sinn.
Man kann Frühstück bekommen nach Menü Karte, haben wir nicht genutzt, weil vorher zum Glück im Supermarkt eingekauft.
Und bitte beachten:
Gute Gaststätten haben wir im Umkreis 5 km nicht gefunden.
Einen richtigen Supermarkt (Wein, Obst ..,)
gibt es erst in mindestens 10km. Also alles vorher besorgen und mitbringen!!!
