Great location at affordable price
Pros:

Good location in Hanoi old quarter (although do take note that sometimes the road is closed to cars and the grab dropped us a street away and sometimes we had to walk out to meet the grab. But that wasn't a problem for us). The room was clean and air conditioning worked well. The rooftop restaurant with a wonderful lake view and free afternoon tea with free flow juices was greatly welcomed in the heat. The laundry service was also mre affordable than other hotels. The staff were so friendly and even kept our chocolates for us when we realized they might melt if we brought it along with us on our trip to halong bay.
