Room was lovely and we loved the location. Very spoilt with breakfast and afternoon tea included!! We had assistance with anything we needed, like booking a driver/guide for a last minute Ninh Binh trip. Had multiple great value massages and cocktails. Great stay.

They also provided the best quality breakfast and allowed guests to take out some food if we don’t have time to dine in at the restaurant. I particularly enjoyed the welcome tea and the clean hotel room. The staff is incredibly friendly and always smiles at us. I’ll definitely rebook this hotel for my next trip.
