Pros:

Ali is a friendly and very helpful host providing clean budget accommodation in his well cared for house. Warm comfortable beds plus tea & coffee and a choice of fresh breakfast in the well stocked kitchen and dining room will set you on your way.

Lovely, quiet stay.
Pros:

Great hospitality from Mr Ali. Parking space fab.
Fed me even though its self catering, thank you Mr Ali.

Cons:

Please put that mirror up Mr Ali, just 2 screws and it becomes functional.

A clean, well-located home with warm hospitality from a kind host, offering both comfort and privacy

First of all, the house is very clean. Ali Bey lives there with his family and is an incredibly kind and understanding host. He never makes you feel uncomfortable in the house. You get to enjoy both the comfort of staying in a home—with the ability to cook, relax, and be in the heart of the city—and the privacy of having your own room that feels like a hotel stay.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, he welcomed us with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. I can confidently say this is one of the best places you can stay at in this price range.

The location is excellent—very close to everything. There are bus stops right in front of the house, and you can reach the city centre in just a few minutes by bus or car.

And let’s not forget the tea and fresh fruit that Ali Bey generously offered—such a lovely touch!

Pros:

Host was very welcoming and helpful, stay was nice, comfortable and clean. We stayed for 1 night. Host also allowed us to use kitchen and offered us tea. 👍

Great location but alarming level of cleanliness
Pros:

Location of the property is great for those interested in going to the Space Park, it has local shops within 5min and a bus stop in front of the house.

Cons:

The room and bathroom were disgusting and were not cleaned before my arrival. It was appalling with hair in the shower, blocked shower, marks in the toilets and mirror, left over flipflops/ clothes/ towels from someone that had left, bins were not emptied from the last person, crumbs all over the room carpet... And that is only for the areas meant not to be shared with the owners. The kitchen, which you do share with the owners, was also not clean, with bits of salad on the floor, half clean cutlery in the drawer, etc. I had selected this property especially for it's location and for it's cleanliness score. When I asked the owners about it, they reacted as if I was exaggerating and "cleaned" quickly after, although the toilets had not been touched and the bathroom mats (which were clearly used by multiple people) stayed in the bathroom. Even though this is a guesthouse and not a hotel, hygiene, especially in the bathroom should be a priority and so I am highly disappointed.
