אהבתי את השירות, קיבלנו גם כניסה חינמית לטקלין, נהנו מאוד, , אוכל ברמה גבוה

מלון לא משתמש בכרטיסי דיירקט, רק אשראי, הם לא מודיעים לכם שהם עושים חסימה בכרטיס שלכם על סהכ 300 שח וברגע שמופיע את הבקשה הזאת אז כבר אי אפשר לבטל את החדר, רק אם בחיוב מלא, לדעתי משהו שצריך לעבוד עליו. גם שניסיתי לשלם על החדר ועל ארוחת בוקר בכרטיס דיירקט לא נתנו לי, אבל צוות הקליד את מספר הכרטיס ובסופו של דבר הסתדר

כל פעם שם הכול מושלם ובטוח שנחזור.

אין על השירות במלון הזה! הייתי כבר כמה פעמים, אדיבים ברמות גבוהות, נותנים לך תחושה פשוט טובה ואפילו עושים אקסטרה.

Cons:

יש חדרים עם מיטות שהם כביכול זוגיות אך אלו 2 מיטות מחוברות. פחות נוח...זה קרה לי רק בפעם 1 שהייתי ומאז ביקשתי מיטה זוגית וקיבלתי כי אין על צוות המלון!

good selection at breakfast. Enjoyed using the Business Lounge - food very good. Want to commend a member of your staff Farid who was very helpful, efficient and worked har.

Room 1714 - shower facility needs hooks for the towels near the shower either on the wall or on the door to the shower
