A home away from home!
Pros:

I have never before given a perfect score to any location I have stayed in. But this was truly exceptional! Everyone bent over backwards to make our two week stay comfortable and very welcoming. From the manager to the front desk staff and all the others, always with a smile and willing to help. The location was amazing because we were right in the mall with ample parking in the garage which is shared easily by the hotel and the mall. The breakfast was also more than we expected the variety from cheeses, yogurts, vegetables, and eggs anyway you like them!
The rooms were very clean, beds really comfortable and they even gave us choice of pillows! We are really saddened by the situation that is happening there now. We wish them safety and we hope their lives will return to a peaceful normal quickly! I can’t imagine visiting Israel again and not staying at this hotel! Thank you everyone for making our stay a beautiful memory! Shalom & La Chaim! 🙏🏼 GR

There was nothing that we didn’t like except maybe that the weather was not good enough in February to enjoy the pool on the roof!

The atmosphere created by the staff made the stay very pleasant
Pros:

The room is in a quiet street but it's right next to a mall and very close to the Bellinson light Rail stop and so it's convenient for getting around locally and also to Tel Aviv and with an easy connection to the train it's also easy to get to Ben Gurion airport and Jerusalem and so the hotel is well situated, very clean, well decorated, and with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff.

Pros:

Labai patiko draugiškas personalas. Tikrai stengėsi, kad buvimas viešbutyje būtų kuo jaukesnis. Iš tiesų, nesitikėjau tokio rūpesčio. Dar atkreipiau į daug įvairių smulkmenų, kurias suteikė viežbutis, kas nudžiugino ir suteikė šiam viežbučiui jaukumo. Viežbutis yra labai patogioje vietoje, kad būtų galima keliauti su viešuoju transportu.

Nebuvo nieko tokio kas nepatiktu. Viskas buvo labai faina.
